  1. I'm always ready with ours, I carry them in a small clear vinyl envelope I keychain to my purse. They, my license, passport cards and Set Sail Pass go in there, easy peasy.
  2. I have done this lots of times. The MDR will let you take anything with you on a plate with cover, I've taken everything from the tails to desserts and everything in between. Put the plate over an ice bucket cover with a towel...put it in the frig...voila. Yeah, I don't always finish dinner at one sitting. Problem? And I take the tail back for breakfast and throw it on my Eggs Bene...works like a charm.
  3. Yes, they most certainly will...I've done it many times. They will do almost anything IF you ask.
  4. That's the reason our cruise buds are so determined to get there....me meh...take it or leave it. The perks have changed so often and typically right when we were due to get them and then we didn't that I won't be surprised if that cruise just disappears into the fog! But I wouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth. As I've said many times, if and when we make Pinns, they'll have to accomodate my coffin.
  5. It's perfect for everyone, if they take the time to research it by watching You Tube vids. Here's some great ones. If you don't walk around you won't see anything. But watching the vids can help you eliminate what you may not like and help you choose just where to go. There are coral outcrops on the East side of the island and you will be able to look directly at NCL's island right across the channel, Disney's island is only 15 miles to the north east so all the water is basically the same. Critters, even octopii are all over the rocks in both Chill Island area and the snorkeling bay. South side by the overwater cabanas is clear and that's where the little sharks hang out. Lots of sea grass over there too so lots of sea stars and moon jellies tropical fish etc.
  6. You can get maps anywhere on the internet...should have done your research BEFORE you went. Sorry. Many posts about the island here on Ports pages too. Due diligence. Also lots of drone footage of the entire island on You Tube and posted here as well.
  7. 👎 because we originally had an excellent location mid- ship a few steps from the elevator, after our bid, we ended up way up towards the bow and it was too much walking for me going back and forth so much. So I don't think we'll be doing another. Being able to pick exactly where we want to be is more important than a bigger cabin.
  8. We've done 2 Thanksgiving cruises with the kids and one a week before Christmas with them. I never remember any rough weather nor cold water, just remember having a blast. One of the Nov. ones, we did a catamaran private tour around Sint Marten on the Celine, weather was wonderful. Best excursion we ever took. You will find her online.
  9. Dillon: Come gather 'round peopleWherever you roamAnd admit that the watersAround you have grownAnd accept it that soonYou'll be drenched to the boneIf your time to you is worth savin'And you better start swimmin'Or you'll sink like a stoneFor the times they are a-changin'

  11. Oops, sorry, should have looked for it.
  12. Has anyone done the Taste of Royal luncheon recently. It's been a few years since we were at that one when they did a special luncheon for Diamond members. Now anyone can purchase it. But I wonder if it's really worth it these days....comments?
  13. I agree. If nobody boarding is positive, how do you explain cases being reported even after all the testing. Her statement is highly inaccurate. One can definitely be positive and board the ship. 48 hours is plenty of time to get it. False sense of security!
  14. I was referring to the comment about kids. And I did find the RCCL statement to be very clear.
  15. I'm not worried things are happening so quickly, they'll probably omit the 6 day thing shortly. My next 7 day is not for 4 months, we all know how fast that can change.
  16. How much clearer can it get. "guests" means all guests unless otherwise stated.
  17. We are early birds, almost always arrive early...and so far, it's paid off!
  18. My hat is off to ya! I could never! We live on a mountain in Arkansas and the sun peaks up around 5:30, so we cannot sleep later than that and more often we get up a little before it, but we love to watch it with our espresso! Below is mist over Rhea Valley below us. Paradise!
  19. I'm with you on that Sal, that's why I never made it up to the Trellis Bar last cruise...how are you guys?
  20. I can nap anywhere anytime within 30 seconds.
