  1. We did a very similar itinerary in May of this year...I have MANY of the same shots that you have shared! This is from Olden...
  2. And don't forget...only those with Premier get pool loungers!
  3. You did exactly what I would have done if I were looking to do something similar.
  4. Well...if I were faced with this situation I would probably take a screen grab that has everything on it (minus your name, etc.) And use a graphics editor to add whatever is missing. Use the same font as the rest of the header info. The worst they can do is say "no" again.
  5. Pre-pandemic we were on a cruise (don't recall which ship) and there was a "stargazing" activity led by the ship's navigator. It didn't go so well because of cloud cover...we could see a few he was pointing out but it was not a good night for looking. This was held on the extreme bow area where passengers are not normally allowed. I cannot give you an answer regarding the Caribbean Princess...maybe...?
  6. I was on the Discovery in August 2022...no issues with beds.
  7. I took two years of Spanish in high school. I'm proud to say that I can order from most any menu in a Mexican restaurant! Fajitas, burrito, taco, and let's not forget chips!
  8. To answer the OPs question about height...the beds are definitely lower than the standard bed in homes. We've never had a bed "as hard as a rock"!
  9. I booked fairly early in this case. Then (apparently) fares went down and my TA was able to do this. Surprised me very much as well! I think I was just in the right place at the right time!
  10. Can't speak to exactly what you received but my email had the "blue text" exactly as the OP posted.
  11. While there *may* have been sales in the past...I don't ever recall seeing this in 10 years of cruising with Princess. I could be wrong!
  12. Location/itinerary makes all the difference!
  13. We tend to book somewhat early...but in our case it turns out to be anywhere from 6 to 8 months in advance. We *have* booked as close as 2 months.
  14. Well, I have a different slant on the Resrve dining. We have the same problem as the OP where we have Reserve and our traveling partners do not. When we originally booked we were "standard" dining but our TA notified us that we could get Reserve and end up actually paying less than what our original fare would be in a standard mini-suite. Of course we jumped on it! Then, our friends booked but Reserve was fully booked up. Now, we *were* going to take advantage of Reserve (of course) but now that our friends are involved we prefer to eat with them. (We might take 2 or 3 meals in Reserve...) The issue that I have is that I cannot book any non-Reserve dining for all of us except for SD. When I try to do so it only shows us specialty dining since the system "knows" that we are Reserve! I realize this is not going to be a common issue for most! We have done this once before when it was known as Club Class. We only did the upgrade primarily because of the overall savings we were going to get. I am posting just to point this out with the DMW app. Our friends ended up having to book all of our dining since we could not. Again, not a big deal...it's just that I am usually the one who handles all of the details like this for our group. Just FYI...
  15. @mrell345, where is your cruise? Location can make a big difference as far as satellite internet coverage...and what ship?
  16. If you check some of the on-line currency calculators you will see that $22 AUS is approximately $15 US
  17. @TenneSea...very impressed with the quality of your pictures...ESPECIALLY the food pictures! So many cameras just butcher food shots with terrible color quality.
  18. We have done the ATL to LHR jump several times now, almost always in Delta One. (Have never flown Virgin Atlantic...yet). Fully agree with your comments from your first posting about ATL airport and Concourse F...along with the Delta Skyclub. We'll be doing this again in November!
  19. Fairly confident that is correct...
  20. Medallion "carrier" from way back when the medallions were first introduced:
  21. You've waited pretty late to get MDR and/or specialty dining booked. However, I believe (worth probably less than the proverbial 2 cents) that they hold back a few tables/times for bookings on the ship. As soon as you board...call the dine line and see what is available. You'll *probably* be able to book *something*.
  22. Regal Princess, Transatlantic Nov. 2021
  23. You can use as many different devices as you like as long as only one is logged on at a time.
