  1. This is great! Thanks so much. OI also (after I posted) noticed on the website they have info for reserving stuff. Had not had a chance to go through it. We are mostly interested in the "Big Shows"..As of now it is still Donna Summer for one of them.
  2. Hoping a recent Prima cruiser (well, I guess they ALL would be recent...) can give me an idea on what Shows are available. I'm also interested in what the show times are as I am soon going to be booking restaurants. Also, how often are the "big" shows? How many nights per cruise, two? And 2 (early and late) on those days? Haven't cruised since before the Covid mess so I figured I should get some updated info, as well as specific to the Prima. Many thanks!
  3. OK, I will look. I did not notice that info is there. Thanks.
  4. Thanks for the info--I did not know we get a voucher for wine either. Cool.
  5. Wow! I did not know that (obviously)--that's terrific! Thank you so much.
  6. I have been on many NCL cruises, but it has been almost 3 years (and I'm not quite as sharp as I used to be). Can someone remind me of the restaurant choices I can pick from? This will be on the Prima so some of the old places no longer apply. Thank you!
  7. Well, ugh! That really IS ugly. I would have hated having to see/hear that...people like that really need a reality check.
  8. Haven guests only feel entitled to the perks they have been told they have. I have never met a Haven guest who was "hoity toity", acted "entitled", or any of the other things I sometimes hear people say about them. Do some exist? Well, pretty sure they do. But that type of person exists anywhere you go, including non-Haven cruisers! They are hard to miss.
  9. Yes the porter is a good idea--good point. We did that in NY, so will def do that this time too. Thank you.
  10. Loved the Bliss Haven! That was the last cruise I took--just before Covid. You will have a wonderful time! Envious.
  11. I hear you. We would speak to the Concierge the night before.
  12. I was hoping that might be the case! Thank you!
  13. Oh this is great! Thanks so much. We are Sapphire so it looks like 8:15. That should work. If we think that's too close I guess we could do the 7:45 self-assist. If we do that I guess we have top decide the night before, yes? Thank you BirdTravels--I feel better. 🙂
  14. I have always cruised out of NYC (lived in NJ) so never had to worry about flights. Now I live in NC and am cruising in February on the Prima. The "latest" departure flight back home from Orlando airport is 11:30 am. If I can get off the ship early, I know that is doable, as I believe it takes about 45 minutes to get from the port to the airport in Orlando. I just don't know when "early disembarkation" is because I never had to do that. I will be in the Haven, if that makes any difference. Can someone tell me the probable earliest time we would be allowed to get off the ship? I realize things can come up, the ship being late, and all that -- just looking to find out the earliest we could leave in a normal scenario. Thanks so much!
  15. It is very windy when the ship is moving. Even in warm weather, it's just not ideal. VERY windy! Aft should be much more conducive to hanging out outside.
  16. For me, it has nothing to do with status. I'm just not a status kinda gal. For me, it's doing something special for myself. Life is very quick, I work hard, I am financially responsible. Special vacations, at this point in my life, is what I like. I just don't do it very often. Which is partly why when I do, it is really special! I could cruise twice a year in a balcony, or whatever, but I prefer not to. However, I totally understand those who prefer to do it that way. Really looking forward to the Prima's aft Haven. About time they put it there!
  17. I think I will probably wear a mask in the elevators on my February cruise. Even before Covid I always felt uncomfortable in those crowded elevators. I take the stairs often, but climbing more than 4 decks is in my more youthful past!
  18. So sorry to take so long getting back to you. My friend who is currently in the Haven on the Prima says kids can indeed use the infinity pool on deck 16. The age 16+ is for deck 17.
  19. I have a friend on the Prima now, booked in the Haven--I just sent him a note asking what's up with this. Will let you know.
  20. Wow! This is the nicest balcony cabin I have seen. Thanks for posting! Can't wait to see the rest.
  21. Thanks! It looks like I can do that too. Whew!
  22. Yes, I spoke with my PCC earlier. She has been my go-to for more than 12 years and knows her stuff. She said I could switch out my sister for my husband up to a few days before the cruise, with no penalty if needed. I have decided to not worry about any possible change in the vax rules and my mind is much more at ease now.
  23. That sounds interesting. I'll try and locate that. Thank you!
