Does anyone have any updates on this topic? I'm specifically interested in the Sky suite room service menu. In the app, for my Jan '23 Equinox cruise, there *is* an upcharge for the crab cake appetizer ($11), the tomato/mozzarella salad ($10), the ribeye steak and sea bass (each one $20). Any Sky suite info on this from folks currently on board a ship is greatly appreciated. (actually, all input is greatly appreciated...😁)

I have found that this generally occurs when I use the Chrome browser. Especially the Bad Request message. As already suggested, clearing cookies, cache, different browser can help. But I feel your pain...it still happens sometimes...

Now *that's* a tough choice!! Quick question: I know you originally booked a solo IV cabin and then won your move-up for an Aqua cabin. Is the Aqua cabin also a solo cabin? (I don't know if they are offered or not...) And, if not, did you have to pay for double occupancy?? I ask because I had noticed I would have to do so if I won a move-up from my currently booked Sky suite...which I booked solo...(So now I'm figuring maybe I can book a solo in the future and then make a move up bid...) Thank you! ETA: I'd probably go with Leo!

LOL...you mean @cruissett upgraded to a fantastic cabin... The OP can decide if they want to dwell on how badly things were handled or if they want to move on and enjoy their cruise.

Read again...and this is the minimum penalty you could expect...opened containers would be rather obvious...but you're on your own... ETA: Oh, and Happy Honeymoon!! Security may inspect containers (including water bottles, soda bottles, mouthwash, canteens, etc.) at any time and will dispose of alcohol concealed in such container.

I think it will be pretty easy to spend $240 in OBC over 10 nights...even if just adding some tips to various deserving personnel before disembarking...and a myriad of other choices... Just my opinion...I think it's just great it got resolved favorably!
