I do know that RCCL has dialysis units in Oasis class ships. That said, I would still call/contact any cruise line and ask before making final decision
The math has never worked for us to do cheers, although I have close to trying from time to time. We used to regularly do cruise the vineyards, but the last couple of times, they "ran out" of whatever I wanted. Kind of threw a wet rag on the whole thing.

We Typically book the aft wrap excel suites (and on the 15th floor), but the cabin you have is a good one. The will have a nice view down to the Summer Landing pool.

We have sailed on this class of ships many times, I have not stayed near where your cabin is but experienced lots on this class. While there may be events on the lobby during days and early evening, it should not be a factor in your experience. Enjoy your cruise, we considered doing this TA.
While these rules have been in place for a good while, now Homeland Security is all about facial recognition and much less about comparing a picture on a Passport to what the inspector sees.
