Doubtful. Taking a ship to travel between Port Said and Alexandria is not much different than taking a train, bus, or camel 🙂. The ship would have to stop in another country between the ports to cause a second entry.
I don't suppose he provided a mechanism for reporting issues? There appears to be no way I can inform the web maintainers that when a VIFP number and one or more other search filters are provided an Oh Snap message is displayed.
It doesn't appear there was any formal testing plan used or followed.

You should be able to configure the phone for manual control of date & time and time zone. In Android it's under Date and time in General settings.
If you do turn off automatic date, time and time zone don't forget to turn them back on when you get home. 🙂

LEAP engine output can be measured in kilowatts. Cruise ship engine output can be measured in megawatts.
Depends on what is meant by "start". I suspect a cruise ship engine takes at least as long as a turbofan from a cold start to operational power.
Read the cruise contract, (they are all the same in this respect), it is a passenger's responsibility to determine and obtain whatever documentation is necessary. Failing which boarding may be denied without compensation.
Staying aboard in a port doesn't negate the need to have a visa if required for entry into the country.
