It's a big deal to me because we all know that the lost revenue is going to get passed along to everyone in the way of higher fares. If it's an occasional soda or beer/wine what's so bad about them just paying for it?

If you mean all of the restaurants the answer is no. You read correctly that Le Bistro, Cagneys and others have a la carte pricing. You can probably find images of recent menus to see what to expect for prices.

Look at the skin of an airplane the next time you board one. It looks very thin but it's hardly 'garbage.' I'm sure the authorities will consider other possibilities like if the gangway was set up properly, damaged in some way or overloaded. Things are not always what they seem.

What price gouging are you referring to? I assume you have something more macro in mind than $16 for a glass of Bailey's? But charging higher prices in a competitive market is certainly not price gouging.

Do you have a PCC? We called ours about a similar problem and they forwarded our call to the right people.

Not exactly stations since the buffet is essentially one long line, but there are sections with different themes. I don't know if you would find tacos every day, but I'm sure there would be sandwiches and some sort of stir fry options.

It is about the easiest 40 mile trip you could ask for. Per Google it is 39 minutes from MCO to PC as of now (8:45am on a Saturday) and 15 minutes from MIA to the cruise terminal. It's hard to believe that an extra 25 minutes would be a deciding factor for most people. Looking at November TA's it seems unlikely that you would pay much, if any more for a new booking now than whatever your original cost was. That probably explains why you were able to change with no price difference, unlike the OP.

Club balconies also enable you to book dining 125 days ahead instead of 120.

From comments that I have seen regarding boarding time selection it is 12:01AM, not based on the departure time.

I believe that is what I saw for the status when I won a bid. I got the email a bit later.
