Interesting question and no one knows for sure how Club Royales offers work. But I think that it matters how much you gamble on each cruise. This year I have been on 2 cruises, on the first one I made avout 700 points and got some offers but very few. Never had more than 2 offers at the same time and usually only 500 off or an inside on a 3-4 night cruise on very select dates. 2 months later I went on my second cruise and got 2200 points, now I get new offers every monday, currently have line 7 or 8 offers ranging from 3 day to 9 day cruises. I suspect if I dont make a similar amount of points on my august -23 cruise offers will not come as often but we will see.

I don't know how old your teenagers are, but since you use the word child in the subject I suspect them to be minors. The only place I can think of what could possibly be problems in is the Casino if it is crowded. I had to tell one slot player to move his chair one busy evening so a lady in a wheelchair was able to pass, she was to nice to say anything, she just sat there at the aisle and couldn't pass and was just about to turn back. It really bothered me.

I have brought both a wine bottle AND a bottle of vodka in the checked in luggage and wasn't called to the naughty room. However bag was not delivered until late at night, I had to ask the cabin attendant for it and he brought it up to me at about 10pm (bottles still inside...). Maybe I was just lucky 🙂

Just make sure that your cabin neighbours aren't on their honeymoon. If so, switch cabin ASAP..

Or one can always talk about two great conversation starters, politics and religion 😉 Preferably loudly and how stupid the opposite politicians (in your opinion is) or how naive and primitive other religions than your own are...

Sept 11 sailing on Oasis had both, we picked the old ones directly when we boarded from a table at the Royal Promenade and an hour later all the old style ones were gone and only new available.

We only have them digitally on our phones in the EU, sure we can print them if needed but for now there doesn't seem to be any need for that.

Another good one to ask for is "The Ballad of Chasey Lain" from the Bloodhound Gang, it would raise a few eyebrows and is usually never found even at the karaoke bars..

I don't know, but we also have a gurantee interior on Enchantment in Nov 2023 and we have also gotten the cabin number already. I thought that guarantees werent assigned until close to the cruise.

Ok, good to know that some ships does show it. Where were Odyssey when you watched it? (not that I think it matters but still curious, we were in Europe and they didn't show it on Voyager)

I totally agree, those days my wife eat lobster or fish she can not expect anything romanticly from me... They should just switch it out to filet mignon or some delicious meat instead 😎

I doubt that anyone would get a life ban on these cruise lines for smoking on the balcony. If the person cant follow the rules a second time after being warned, maybe. I belive that aperson who punches the teeth out of people and/or murdering them by throwing them overboard for reporting smoking on the balcony should be more worried about the electric chair in Florida than getting banned from cruiselines..

Its probably due to they not having the rights to broadcast it. I asked in the sportspub on Voyager this summer if they could show the Formula 1 race that was held on a sunday and they said that they couldn't because they didn't have the rights to it. They showed several American football matches and European soccer games but no motorsport.

Same here, cancelled and reordered the 18th of Nov but still no money refunded to my credit card. To be fair the new charge also took 4 days before it was added on my cc wich I found odd.

+ to this. Make me remember a bar in Thailand that back in the early 90s had a challenge. If you could drink 5 large glases of beer in less than 5 minutes you didn't need to pay. These glasses were huge, atleast 22 oz or 6 dl. Many tried but didn't succed. Maybe something to have on a cruise ship 😉
