Doubt they continue it after the maiden voyage. They hav a revenue making seafood restaurant with Raw on 5. Celebrity has made many changes in the last 18 months to maximize revenue.

Looks like you've been on Edge, Apex and Beyond so you know the differences between Edge/Apex and Beyond/Ascent. I have not been on Ascent yet, but other than artwork, from my understanding it is the similar to Beyond. Ascent does have some more shades on the pool deck from the pics I've seen, but again very similar to Beyond.

Thanks for letting me sail with other lines. Celebrity is my preference, but I did really enjoy my Virgin Med cruise. A drink pkg or no drink pkg doesn't make my decision on who to sail with. Just my experience on the cruise I went on.

I did a Virgin Med cruise summer of 2023. Virgin likes to claim they offer "fair" pricing on their drinks. Not sure what they mean by that, but they are priced pretty much like every other cruise line, but offer no drink package. A Pina Colata when all the fees, tips, and tax where added it $14.30 USD A Coors Light (basic beer) was $7.70 USD A Mojito was $12.10 USD And the drinks are 1oz of booze. Far from "fair" IMO

They are next to each other on deck 15. Probably share the same "back room" area.

I have always left a tip as we are leaving the stateroom for the last time. My next cruise I plan to tip half what I usually do on day 3 and the remaining on our way out. I feel like leaving a tip at the very end is less personal. Just my opinion. I don't expect anything different or special than any other guest receives.

Is the separate drink menu for Roof Top gone? Someone on Beyond, when it was in the Med, said they no longer have their own drink menu and use Sunset's bars menu. Thanks! Enjoy tour sea day!!!

It’s an additional bar on upper decks during sea days. It’s outdoor seating for Raw on 5. The best tendering operation at sea hands down. Excellent viewing for watching the pilot boat unload the pilot directly below. The list goes on…

That's mostly correct, however Sunset Veranda's (the ones on the aft of the ship, facing aft) have traditional (real) balconies.

At lease 3 outlets in the cabin 1 in bathroom and at least 3 USB’s in cabin. My apex cabin phone had a USB to make 4. Plenty.

Not needed IMO plenty of outlets and USB spots.

This is the one thing and only one thing IMO where NCL is better than Celebrity.

It’s a glass door, hopefully after my complete face plant into the door on Beyond, they hopefully marked the door so you can actually see that there is a door there 😂

The “Annex” as you describe, is absolutely necessary on the E-class ships, I’m glad they are finally using some of these spaces for guest experiences and FUN! My brother might actually go another cruise with a golf simulator.

I've done it, nothing special lasted about an hour. Boated around the port area and got a history lesson and they try hard to get you wet.

This. Take a quick ferry ride over and back. Ferry is easy walk from RC port. Big beach area, great food and drinks a Dinghy's Beach Bar. check out their web cam to get an idea of the beach area. I've been there three different times myself.

It also shows in my upcoming cruises, but doesn't allow me to book it, says its sold out in all my upcoming cruises...
