  1. This is the one listed on Celebrity's website. cec@celebrity.com. Or call 1-800-760-0654.
  2. Agree. Have you verified that you and Mrs. Sea Dog have your Celebrity Captain Club Numbers?
  3. I've sent Emails to MB and the crownandanchor@rccl.com and executiveoffice@rccl.com. Never hurts to make our voices heard.
  4. Thanks for taking us along on your cruise. Enjoyed it. When you have a moment you may want to consider Emailing the letter about the DL/CL you posted in this thread (spot on) to RCG and the CAS. It's great to vent on CC but needs to be escalated.
  5. Thanks for the update. I'll delete that POC from my list.
  6. You mean your toilet didn't suck. 😉 We had that happen to us a couple years ago on the Summit on the last morning. I called at 4:30 AM and the plumbers had it fixed before 5:AM. Didn't even have to enter the cabin. We didn't know they were out in the hall and fixed the problem until we heard the toilet flush on it's own.
  7. Give this Email address a try; celebritydining@celebrity.com
  8. Yes it is! Just gotta smile, and shake my head. 🙄
  9. I shower 3 times a day and my ankles have never swollen. 😉
  10. We were on the 8 October cruises. Disclaimer, we don't look for little issues. We had no complaints with our stateroom condition (7130). Everything worked, shut, flushed, drained and closed as they should. The mattress is firm. Just the way we like them. The bed was by the balcony. The couch was a standard size so getting to the closet was a little tight. A love seat would have worked better. The balcony rail could have used some stain and varnish. But no way did that take away from the balcony experience. This was our third time on the Eclipse. First for 2023.
  11. The Adventure balconies like @Sea Dog has are like the Deluxe Porthole View balconies on all of Celebrity's E class ships. The Infinite verandas on the E class ships are nothing more than a windows that you can open and close.
  12. I'm glad we disagree. It's always has been first come, first serve. As it should be going forward. Doesn't matter what tier level. It's not like D and D+ are the only ones camping out as you call it. Doesn't deserve! What an arrogant statement! Agree the higher up, the more benefits you get, but we all (D,D+, P) get the same basic benefits. Don't care about other companies loyalty programs.
  13. Agree. We made Elite and Diamond before the reciprocal program. Way too easy now which has created the monster for the CC and CAS.
  14. We sat next to a loud mouth on our recent October Eclipse cruise in the embarkation center who was PO that Elite + were able to board before him because he was a CAS Diamond member. I couldn't contain myself and laughed out loud.
  15. Then you should be more understanding of my idea. I disagree with you and I like my idea way better than yours. Your idea is horrible. So basically you’re saying they should continue to eliminate even more of the benefits? What’s the use of having a loyalty program when you’re trying to get people to be loyal to you? When it comes to the DL/CL lounge during HH, Diamonds do deserve the lounge, no matter the time of day. Agree, RC should accommodate their top three tier levels.
  16. Agree with your , "why" then.
  17. We'll attend the CC HH at whatever lounge will be designated.
  18. No. Those without one of the BPs would have to order from the limited CC HH beverage menu or take a drink that is on the try offered by the server.
  19. I received the Email on Wednesday 25 October.
  20. The CC HH in the Sky Lounge from 5 to 7:PM was still held on our September 2019 Summit cruise.
  21. If you think it burned going in, wait until later when you have to take a ...🥵
  22. One of the issues I emailed the executive office about when the CC HH in the Sky Lounge was discontinued. At least it's a step (baby step) in the right direction. We'll see how it works with the three other events and base our decision on our experiences. Of course having the CC HH of the past would have been better.
