All the activities being built into the new cruise ships point in that exact direction. I’m not saying they should wholesale dump those things long time cruisers have come to love and expect but the times they are a changin & Royal can and must change with’em.

Never hang up until you’ve gotten and reviewed the new invoices. Make them fix the problem right then & there.

That does not look like the new menu. Just checked my May Harmony sailing & that is indeed the old menu.

We have access to straight from the dairy farm ice cream. Everything else pales in comparison. I have not purchased ice cream from a grocery store in years,

I did this 2 weeks ago. Called & got the DBP for my son & nephew & said my daughter didn’t want it. I didn’t say why & they didn’t ask. Put me on hold to ask permission to make an exception & then had her get the refreshment package.

If you call, roommate can get the deluxe drink package & you will have to get the refreshment package. It can be done but you have to call so they can make a show of granting you an exception.

Pretty sure you are seeing the old menus. The new menus can only be viewed for the current Symphony sailing. As soon as RCCL admits the change is happening and someone in IT pushes the right button, they will populate fleetwide.

You can get a glass of soda at any bar, no cans & fewer choices but available.

Except for the Indian dishes which were usually available just not advertised, I see nothing new on the menus and several things just gone. For those looking for a change, this ain’t it.

Yes, you must call RCCL to do this. They will put you on hold for 5 minutes while they get “permission to make an exception for you” and then they’ll do it. Family trip in May and DD is listed in a cabin with her brother & cousin. They will more than break even, her not so much. Got them the DBP @ $67.99 and her the RP. She will have her specialty coffees and San Pellegrino plus 2 bottles of wine & pay as she goes (ok WE will pay as she goes!)

Can I ask what kind of breakfast fare is served at Park Cafe? We are on deck 8 & thought that could be a quick first breakfast & coffee.
