    Yes, you can do as much of your own laundry as you like for free. It's a popular activity though so there might be queues.

    Yes, you should have better luck asking for a toastie, there's usually one available one day for lunch.

    There was a similar thread on the P&O board a few months ago so it seems to be a Carnival UK thing.

    The TA should still have mentioned that the fare wasn't eligible for Shareholder credit.

    As @Winifred 22 says it's not because you used a Travel Agent but the particular fare they sold you. They should have warned you though.

    That's part of the problem with ordering off menu, you have to be able to explain exactly what you want. It's a little unfair to expect one cruise line to be able to replicate another's specialty. Grilled cheese sandwiches aren't really a thing in the UK so if you don't want to risk an experiment probably best to stick to what Cunard chefs know they can make.

    Thank you for the update @Mark_UK, I'm so sorry that your parents weren't able to travel and also that they weren't covered by their travel insurance. I'll be checking mine more carefully in future.

    Pre-pandemic there used to be a pdf available on the website but it's not returned. I emailed Customer Services before our cruise in June and was given some names. Of those, only 1 was actually on board!
