  1. We have always used two vouchers on one card if collecting for the other.
  2. Shoreexcursioneer has three or you could write direct to hotel.
  3. There are several pages of Helpful information IS THERE A NON-ALL-INCLUSIVE OPTION AT PARADISE BEACH? There is the possibility that on the day you're traveling, Paradise Beach might be sold out with Exclusive All Inclusive customers, so we really encourage you to book your spot in advance on our website. However, on certain days when we are not sold out, there's an à la carte option for a $10 US entrance fee with a minimum consumption of $10 US per person to use our facilities. This includes lounge chairs, umbrellas, pool, free wifi, restrooms, and showers. WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE $18 US FUN PASS? Full snorkel equipment, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, our famous water park with slides, water trampolines, climbable iceberg, water hammocks, and beach floats are all included!
  4. fun pass? No. It is included with AI or PAYG pass
  5. Don’t miss several pages on helpful information menu.
  6. If you don’t want the usual West End or West Bay, there is Maya Key or Sol y Mar, or possibly Las Palmas (but I have no knowledge of going there - used to be offered independently or through the ship not sure if it still is).
  7. Day pass to El Cid or Park Royal or walk along the sidewalk, oceanside to town. Several bars to stop at en route for food or drinks. Several upstairs bars/restaurants with good view Blue Angel, Ananda, Sereno, Carlota.
  8. Mine are always available on cruise planner within a few days.

    Jet skis

Agree with @crewsweeper I have only seen none motorized water activities. There are bikes for rent and possibly ATV.
  10. I think they may have offered that option when they first opened (just before Covid) but the rates were much higher then. It would be best if you emailed and asked directly if that option is available. They have answered my emails previously. The rates are slowly creeping back up - they had very low rates last summer.
  11. There are places with day beds (some at AI hotels/beach clubs) but none with a dedicated server that I aware of. It depends on your perception of a cabana and service level you require.
  12. Snorkeling will be best at Chankanaab unless you take a boat snorkel at the other two, but not sure there are kayaks at Chankanaab.
  13. Thanks, that’s the route I would have expected. Surprisingly the coast road is also considered a Highway but it would have taken a longer time, depending on the state of the road condition at the time.
  14. You can request a time for each night online before sailing and make table requests at the podium as suggested
  15. I think originally the AI was pushed because occupancy was reduced by government mandate. I am surprised, from reports that they appear to be still filling to capacity now capacity has increased because, although the number of daily ships has increased, they have not always all been sailing at full capacity for the last 6 months. I don’t recall Sanchos and Paradise beach regularly reporting full capacity pre-Covid - only at holiday times. This is more what I would have expected. I have been surprised at reports they are so full but I wonder if those people have been before or what they are comparing it to. We have not been to either recently because we think they are always busy and would only go if we had children or grandchildren with us. Usually we prefer the quieter or more budget friendly options.
  16. Royal docks at Coxen Hole. There are a few shops and bar within the port or local shops outside. pre- covid they were in the process of developing a beach and waterpark area but I imagine that has come to a halt. Maya Key excursion via cruiseline is the nearest beach and most convenient (5 minute boat ride away). There is no decent beach within walking distance. Next closest is Sol y Mar by taxi/tour, or others further away via driver for the day or cruise line.
  17. I wasn’t asking what you thought about Maya Chan, just the route you took to get there. You mentioned Almaplena. I would have expected you to take the highway and not the coast road the whole way passed Almaplena and Maya Chan. I think you would have noticed if you had taken that route.
  18. Thanks for a more recent review and glad you enjoyed it. It has been a while since anyone reported about it on CC. Did you go via the main road instead of passing Maya Chan? Due to its distance and price I think we will hold off until we have a port stop with longer hours but still on a “one day” list.

    Krazy Lobster

Walk-in has always been fine for us. I dont’ know if they even take bookings it is PAYG.
  20. Palancar, or if you are willing to pay for transport to stay or make arrangements to return, Punta Sur or Punta Morena (no ocean swimming). If you just want loungers and view but little/ no sandy beach, Sky Reef, Money Bar, Buccanos
  21. do you just require loungers and beach, or pool and watersports? Snorkeling?
  22. According to the port schedule looks like the old terminal. Looks like the next sailing leaves from there and returns to the new one.
  23. Is EZ parking adding on extra for parking and transport to new terminal? I know it us still less than parking at the new terminal but just wondering uf all the parking locations are doing this? I presume Galveston is still charging a fee for shuttles, ubers etc to drop off at the new terminal? How do they know if private vehicles are just dropping off passengers before parking?
