  1. Unlike the other "sale" I wouldn't expect this one to be continually extended.
  2. Or contact the special needs department. special_needs@celebrity.com
  3. You can look at your account to see where the OBC was posted. It will have something like OBCN or OBCR to indicate refundability. Generally OBC from a TA is refundable but not always.
  4. On S class ships aren't the shops on the Port side of the ship with the Casino being Starboard? I don't remember the port side reference in the posting a few weeks ago. To me none of the tables would be included given the description. I guess whoever made the policy has never been on the ship!
  5. But you don't hear of it happening other than the vary rare case, even with GTY cabins. Generally once assigned it doesn't change.
  6. Not sure if it was the same but I was comp'ed the Tuscan Seafood Lunch I think on Infinity. There was a 1/2 small lobster tail, 3 shrimp, 3 Calamari, 3 Muscles and a fish cake. For $35 I would not recommend. Some ships may do a better job/?
  7. I also do what Ken does. We book the future cruise with a refundable deposit so there is no charge to change the ship/sail date. Then when we move it to the sailing of choice we can choose to make it a NRD at that time for more advantageous pricing. Any subsequent change would be charged the $100/pp fee. An example, I book this now for a March 2025 sailing, in Nov 2024 I decide I want to take a March 2026 sailing instead. I simply move the reservation to the March 2026 sailing and change it to NRD (if desired). I still get the book onboard OBC on the March 2026 sailing adjusted for the cabin type/number of nights.
  8. I don't think Celebrity has stated the test has ended. Just some people on here suggesting that the wording changes on the Web seem to indicate the change was pre-determined prior to the "test"
  9. I wonder how they are going to identify itineraries where it is allowed. As far as I've heard that during the trial there has been no designation of a no vaping section of the casino.
  10. The other issue with FLL is many airlines won't take your luggage until 4hrs prior and recently with Delta it was 2-3 hrs. They said they don't have enough room for the luggage. So they don't let you checkin and you have to wait outside of ticketing where there is no seating. Even Skycap wouldn't take the luggage. If you have a long wait at the airport I'd use Luggage Valet from the ship if available.
  11. You need to call. You should be able to call the number for existing reservations. It sure looks like they should credit $10 back to your CC. If you don't get anywhere I would challenge the charge with the credit card company. Existing Reservations 1-888-751-7804
  12. I think the best advise given here was to call and see what cabin<s> were being offered, then determine the value from there. In my case as I described I was able to "suggest" a cabin (which in my opinion was a better one than I booked and they were more than happy to accommodate. Remember they are trying to solve their problem.
  13. I'm pretty sure the cancelled excursions onboard are in the form of refundable OBC. If you don't use it on the ship it will be refunded to your account.
  14. If you reach a level during a B2B you can go to the CC Concierge after the sailing where it is reached and they will update you for the subsequent sailing. You don't get it for the remainder of the first sailing where you reached the new level.
  15. Which is hopefully costing the company more money than the projected increased casino revenue (which is probably way over estimated).
  16. They had nothing as a real Champagne (French). The best thing they had by the glass on the premium package was Chandon sparkling wine. Cheapest by the glass was Perrier-Jouët at $22
  17. This happened to me in 2019. I had booked AQ about 4 weeks before the sailing. My TA got a call asking if I would do a CC cabin and get $500 refund. I was given a phone number at Celebrity to call. When I called I confirmed it was $500 refund to my original form of payment. She was very nicely suggesting C2 cabins close in position on the ship as my original cabin. I had looked at available cabins before I called and knew the 4 C1's on deck 6 were available (M class) so I asked if I could have one of them. She seemed delighted I'd take the offer and said certainly and made the swap. They also gave me access to Blu and had all the AQ amenities in the room when I arrived. I was very happy with the deal. Saved about 25% on the cruise
  18. Yes in May both Montaudon and Cattier had disappeared. Supply chain issue. Yea right, more like price issue.
  19. The zero proof premium selections are NOT included in the Classic package. Yes if you call and declare one is sober they will downgrade the classic package to a zero proof package for that person.
  20. OBC from Celebrity (Non-Refundable) should be available in Cruise Planner and can be applied to any purchases made there. Refundable OBC from a TA will not be available in Cruise Planner and will be posted to your account onboard by day 2 of the cruise.
  21. Only the balconies on deck 11 that were added over 10 years ago have the ability to open the partition. So on deck 9 no.
  22. The last "sale" was extended every few days for over 6 months. Every week or so they would add or delete a bonus $50 of OBC. I expect this one to be much the same although this "sale" resulted in prices being a few hundred more than the last one on the multiple cruises I have booked. As long as your booking is not within final payment you can reprice it to the current "sale" without penalty. As others have said you could put it on 24hr hold today and compare prices tomorrow.
  23. I assume they corrected your account but I do understand you are trying to warn others they if they haven't fixed the underlying computer charges they are still doing this to everyone. Wow another extra revenue stream for Celebrity.
  24. On Constellation there was an ATM in the foyer which dispensed Euros, the one in the Casino USD. I'm not sure what the fees are but I know in the past the USD one was at least $6 plus any fees from your bank.
