Funny old day today. We were going out this afternoon, so had dinner at lunch time.We had tea at dinnertime and skipped lunch. Sometimes on Britannia we were ashore till mid afternoon, so had lunch at tea time. I don't drink tea, so when we have afternoon tea I have coffee with it, or if feeling flush , have afternoon tea with a glass of fizz.🤭

On Britannia on the 16th, our disembarkation was 9.30, but we got evicted from the cabin at 8.00. As you say, leisurely breakfast in the trough. All very civilised and the car was in row 2 of the carpark. Home by 11.00.😁

Both times we had the lava rock fillet, but now wish we had tried the yummy looking burger, or the ribs combo.😁

We had a deck 10 balcony. It was quite big. The deck 5 balcony cabins look like a hole cut in the side of the ship, or is that me being pedantic.

When we were on Britannia a week or so ago, we booked Iona for next October. Our thought process was ' well its only a hundred pounds if a better offer comes along ". That's brand loyalty for you.🤔

DW's data shows her middle name, but mine doesn't. I don't think it matters. but we always make sure they are the same as on our passports when flying.

We had 2 bars of soap on Britannia. We only used one and should have pinched the other one to take on Iona. Just in case.🤔

Big Mac's aren't and wagon wheels are tiny. Every product is getting smaller ,or more costly.

The post office take my picture when they do the renewal. DVLA use that when I renew my licence, so I don't have a digital copy. I have a selfie that I took by mistake and upload that on the P&O system. If they don't like it they can take it again. DW has a picture of Harry Styles, but I doubt I would get away with that.

We skipped 3,our of 4 on Britannia, so can easily skip 2 out of 2 on our next Iona cruise.
