We sailed in June 2022 and are scheduled to sail on Brilliant Lady 2/24.
When I filled in the information after booking our first cruise, I was able to type in both mine and my husband's passport information, etc. when I first signed up at the VV app and online.
However, for the BL cruise I can put in his basic profile info, but not passport info, emergency contact, photo, etc. I'm thinking this may be due to the BL not working yet. Has anyone experienced this problem? My TA told me it isn't important and that I could do it at boarding, but I'd rather have everything in order before then.
