Does anyone know where I can find the hours of operation for Club Hal? I'm taking my 10 yo grandson on a New Year's cruise, and would like to know if/when I could book a spa treatment or go to the gym...

I think you should have had that discussion with whomever you were speaking with when you upgraded to CO. Whenever I call to enquire about CO or an upgrade, I have the deck plans out and am ready to check what is over, below or beside the choice of cabins available. In fact, I did not upgrade to CO for my upcoming cruise because any upgrades that were available were not in a desirable location. I don’t have the CO number with me at the moment, but I would certainly be calling them and making a room choice PDQ!

Called, but I am too early. Looks like LOTS of cabins available in the category I'm looking to upgrade to, so I'll just be patient and see if I get an offer!

First time cruising with a child on HAL. Other than not being allowed in the Sea View pool and in the gym, where else are children not welcome? For reference, this is a well-behaved 10 year old.

We used a "Cruise Specialist" company once and were not happy. We got zero benefits, and I had to monitor prices, and email them to re-fare. It was actually more work to deal with them.

When I mentioned to my PCC that I wanted to transfer the booking, I was offered a price match - in OBC. I was happy to do this. YMMV.

Yup, and have your ship pdf ready to look at what’s available. I’ve had a good upgrade in the past, but for my upcoming cruise no cabin available in the right location for us.
