  1. On the M class you can order from either the Blu or MDR menu.
  2. I think I would be changing my reservation to not be in AQ.
  3. Suite Guests can dine in Blu on a space available basis. With the reclassification of some Sky Suites to Aqua Suites ( more $) with access to Blu on a space available basis I wonder if priority for space available seating in Blu will go to those in Aqua Suites.
  4. Are they only doing 1 show a night?
  5. Have you done check-in for your cruise yet, it normally opens up about 45 days from sailing. Doing check in on the app is pretty fast and easy. We have only sailed from FL since the restart but when we did check-in we had a choice of boarding times to select from. Boarding, at least in FL, is done by time slot, so if your time is 12:30 and you show up at 11 you will be waiting until the folks who are scheduled for 11, 11:30 and 12 have been boarded. It is a much smoother process, no large crowds and long lines. Once on the ship you go directly to your cabin where you sea pass cards will be in a envelop by the door. You can drop off any carryon luggage and go have lunch Your cabin will not be ready for occupancy until 1-1 30 but al least you won’t encounter all the backpacks & rolling suitcases in the Oceanview
  6. Personally, I wouldn’t want a coffee maker in the cabin. I make coffee at home, but I don’t have room service at home. I prefer having coffee delivered to my cabin when I’m on vacation.
  7. For me in suite means inside, not the balcony. But we are not breakfast eaters, maybe juice or coffee outside but not a full meal. On the M class most SS balconies are too small for a table and same for the E Class SS.
  8. Answer to #3 is yes, unless you don’t drink wine, cocktails, lattes, espresso, bottled water, soda, or good juice. If you go with just the guarantee you need to add about $15 per day for the daily gratuity making the difference about $250 for the beverage package and basic wi-fi.
  9. We don't find the Sky Suites on any Class of Celebrity ships to be comfortable for in suite dining. CS have a dining table on the M Class but on S or E no dining table just a low coffee table.
  10. Yes some of the Deck 9 AQ cabins will have noise from the Oceanview above and some are under carpeted areas so generally quiet. With Move Up you normally don’t know your bid has been accepted until after you have been charged and there is no option to decline the Move Up.
  11. We have attended a lunch with some Officers in Blu on 1 occasion but it was not open except for those invited to the lunch.
  12. Yes the proctors are available 24/7. We have never waited more than 90 seconds to get a proctor.
  13. Guess it’s time to call the TA. The transfer is automatic so it should be in their system. My TA gets it in a matter of hours and emails me when she gets it.
  14. The best thing about Aqua is that Blu is your dining room. Breakfast is Blu is excellent. At dinner there are some items you are able to order even though they are not on the menu; shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad, French onion soup, baked or mashed potatoes, are things I order. Since you are going to Bermuda I figure you are in the Summit, so since the MDR & Blu kitchens are close together on tge M class ships we have been able to order from the MDR menu when in Blu. You get a bottle of sparkling wine, sometimes it is in the cabin when you board, others times not. Ask you cabin attendant and they will chill it and have it for you when you want it,
  15. Gosh! A marketing email that was send 5 days early! Now that’s noteworthy.
  16. We have a cruise on the Beyond in October and the shore excursion we booked is showing on the calendar. You may want to go online and check your Order History in the Cruise Planner to make sure they are showing there. We had some excursions cancelled and some of the notifications ended up in our spam folder.
  17. So you think the Solstice, Eclipse and Edge will all be in Alaska?
  18. For 2024 the Solstice will move from Asia to Sydney for 1 day and then head to Alaska. Edge has nothing listed when her 4/5/24 sailing ends in Sydney. We booked it hoping she would go from Sydney back to the US either to Alaska or thru the Panama Canal to the Caribbean.
  19. Why should they put a E class in Alaska? It would seem to me that Europe draws travelers from more countries than Alaska. Our Alaska cruises had primarily US and Canadian passengers
  20. The Retreat Sun Deck has large umbrellas to provide for the loungers. More seating in the bar/lunch area. Retreat Lounge has a bar you can walk up to ( no seating) but handy when the servers are busy. Liked the artwork around the ship better than in the Edge. Eden has more seating area for lunch. Roof Top Grill has more protection from the weather. So some things were improved with the Apex.
  21. They offer a 1st night discount on some of the restaurants in the Cruise Planner. They do frequently sell out so if your interested booked sooner rather than later. On our cruises in February and April discount ‘s were few and small-$5 off.
  22. If we are in a Suite then the E Class. We like the Apex bettter than Edge and expect to like the Beyond even more. If not in a Suite then the Eclipse.
  23. The December Mexican Rivera cruises are showing and able to book on the website.
  24. I have seen everything from 2 to 14 days. The person sitting next to my DH was a coughing, sneezing machine with no mask. The plane was full so no place to move. Fortunately DH and I were seated in separate areas.
  25. We have 5 booking between 10/22 & 10/23, for 2 of them the taxes and fees have remained the same and the other 3 have all risen. The increases range from $4-72 pp. They don't we pay the increase so in the end it all works out.
