  1. I just looked at the marketing materials and deck plan for the Beyond and there is no mention/ picture of a thalassotherapy pool in the spa. The deck plan does not show a pool in the spa. There is a pool in the Solarium but most likely that is the same as the Solarium pool on the Edge and Apex.
  2. Any thing you purchase via the cruise planner will show up under Order History. Currently there are 2. versions of the planner. The newer version of the planner will have your initials on the right side of the screen, click on your initials and you will get a drop down menu, then select Order History. The older version has a Order History link at the top of the screen.
  3. You need to download the app and link your cruise. The app will show menu’s and wine lists, if you have booked dining or excursions they will show on your calendar. We find check-in on the app faster and easier.
  4. The app is showing Eden with the new menu.
  5. It was applied to a mani I got, so should apply to all “spa” services.
  6. Our recent cruises the on board deals haven’t been anything to get excited about. Last 3 cruises some restaurants had zero availability and those that did had $5 off and late dining times.
  7. Bo, If you have a beverage package there is no corkage fee any longer and you can now bring on 4 bottles. A win win as I see it. You can bring on a favorite wine and no corkage ( win) and Celebrity gets fewer complaints about shortages and 1less bottle they supply.
  8. I believe it is 1 bottle of liquor, some mixer and some salty snacks.
  9. The included beverage packages includes more than just wine. It also includes liquor, specialty coffees and teas, bottled water, soda and juices. If we were going to have dinner in our cabin then we would probably bring a bottle or 2 of wine on board as it would be a hassle to go to a bar to get a refill on our wine during dinner.
  10. The 240 minutes is still there. Here is a link swipe to page 2 and you will find the detailed list of all benefits. https://secure.viewer.zmags.com/publication/9ca4feeb#/9ca4feeb/2
  11. Could it be that the reason for the change wasn’t so much lack of physical space but rather workload for the Concierge’s. About the only time we go to the Retreat Lounge is if we need to see a Concierge. Since the restart we did 3 cruises on E class & 2 on the Reflection all fully booked suites. About 80% of the time there were people lined up waiting to speak to a Concierge.
  12. No problem sharing the bottle with your traveling partner.
  13. You can now bring 2 bottles each ( 4 per cabin) on at embarkation. It is hard to say how bad or good the wine on the Classic packages is as some find wines they like others don’t. We always have the premium package but we have found some wines covered by the Classic package that we enjoy and order. If you check the app for your sailing and look under dining you will see the wine lists for the various venues. Not all are available on every sailing Yes you can get a glass of wine at a bar and take it to your room.
  14. Your statement above is the reason we spend very little time in the Retreat Lounge, it is dead most of the time. That is why I don’t understand the change be such a issue, what am I missing?
  15. You can trying calling and if you get an experienced rep they can take care of it: ? Is the time on hold and the odds of getting a inexperienced rep worth the savings.
  16. Much easier to have them tied to sea pass and it reduces the problem of E and above with drink packages giving their vouchers away.
  17. Priority tendering is still listed, thankfully.
  18. To clarify, reserved seating is only on Evening Chic nights not every night. Some don’t use it because 1 the location isn’t where they want to sit and 2 being escorted is a bit much. There isn’t a need to arrive before the doors open so no needed to “line up”. Just go in and find a seat, there are no ushers.
  19. Thanks! They said, way back when, that they would be making changes and some cancelled events would return. While some will find something to complain about I’m pleased to see the return and additions.
  20. If I can afford to cruise I can afford $30 for the test.
  21. We have done eMed tests for 5 cruises and so far never a wait for a proctor and not had a defective test kit. Got our free tests and after returning from our most recent cruise DH didn’t feel well. So he got out a box of free tests. 1st box he opened both tests were lacking the solution. Next box the 1st test he opened was okay so 1out of 3 tests was good. We have enough eMeds tests for our next 2 cruises with extras. Hopefully by them testing won’t be necessary.
  22. I thought when I did some move up bids late last year that I needed to give them a credit card # since if you are successful with a bid the card is charged and then you are notified.
  23. Maybe a bit of both. If you don’t care for the Normadies exclusives you can order the exclusives from the other 3 MDRs while in Normandie.
