The plot thickens...My WAG (Wild A$$ Guess) is all $9.99/FULL SAILING vouchers will NOT be honored as it appears they converted all the vouchers from ORDERS to RESERVATIONS. Again, this is still my WAG, based on others calling the call center being told they have premium, they do and will be charged $9.99/night Anyone is welcome to check out the voucher in the wifi packages of your cruise planner and let us know if yours says RESERVED. If this is correct, then it's you and your screenshots vs the iLounge crew who probably won't honor the price with a screen Previously, I added the voucher to my cart, checked out and my credit card was charged $9.99...Now when I go into my cruise planner, select wifi, I see the voucher which says RESERVED When you click on it, you'll see this:

You're right, however this is X, wouldn't shock me if that's wrong and once on board you simply get premium once you're signed on since the call center claims folks have premium
-
Night show will is 7PM and is repeated 9PM, will most likely be one night a comedian, one night a magician and the rest musicals...Also there is a nightly 8PM passenger participation like charades If you're looking for something to do at night while in Aruba we always stay around the waterfront, many restaurants with great views of the water

Steakhouse = solo Chef Table = seated with others, always a crap shoot of being seated with folks who you find obnoxiously opinionated

(Multiple) crew asking for "good reviews"
NutsAboutGolf replied to Tom-n-Cheryl's topic in Celebrity Cruises
It's really odd with X, sometimes to get things done you have to email the CEO and you'll receive a reply from her exec team. The CEO Exec team: -Found my lost luggage when regular X lost and found couldn't...The regular X lost and found dept emailed me a day later that they still haven't found it...lol -Refunded my S.O.'s fare after her flight was delayed causing her to miss embarkation. Once we determined she would miss embarkation, I called the call center to ask if she could get on any other port, told to board and ask guest relations which I do (waited in line over an hour) they tell me she can't get on any other port and they can't refund her on board, would need to contact shoreside which I skipped and reached out the exec team -Select dining on a 12 night, I always book select dining yet half of my bookings would "magically" convert to late dining. Called the call center, they told me to talk to the M'D once on board and to keep my fingers crossed. Emailed the exec team with a screen shot of the Select dining at booking, received a call within an hour stated we once again had select. Coincidently, no other bookings have changed from select -Received clarification with "bubble excursions". Was on the 5th Edge sailing since the restart, in Cozumel for example, it was already reported that both Carnival and RCL were letting folks off without bubble excursions...From the exec team, gist was X was the first (big) cruise line to resume sailings in the Caribbean with the Millie in St Maarten and also wanted to be first out of an US port. To do that, they had to skip test sailings and therefore had stricter port rules than other cruise lines -

Or a "fill the ship" casino offer like was the case with the Millie in the PR and the Sol in the Mexican Riviera -

Yeah, RCL pax are in an uproar about them eliminating stateroom turndown service...Don't think any amount survey complaints will get them to bring it back -

I pretty much agree with this. I did have an unique experiences when we were pulling into a port, crew members who jobs aren't mentioned in the survey. "How was the MDR crew?" That's easy. Here's an example that isn't so easy, I was on the running deck taking pix off the side as we were pulling into port and a crew member arranging the loungers asked if I wanted him to take my photo. He proceeded to talk about his family back home and asked that I mention him in the survey, pointed to his name tag and said his last name. In that case, you need to write them into the comments and say they were a "X out of 10" -

100% agree. If you purchased the non-cyber money premium internet you simply login when on board and you automatically have premium; no action required to convert from basic to premium

30" fits with room to spare, learned that the hard way as we didn't realize the porter shifts can end prior to the sail away all aboard

Was only on E-Class, the Edge, once in the summer of 2021, I'd say on that sailing the age average was only like an average of 5 years younger

I believe part of the reason for their speech is you have to learn their name -
We all most likely know the answer, it's a money grab

Way too many unknowns, is bags inc charging the cruise lines a certain fee higher than $25? But the solution for those who want it is to email X requesting it and expressing your dissatisfaction in the post sailing survey
-
It's "Bags Inc." in FLL/MIA and Seattle, they're the same 3rd party company most airlines use to deliver delayed luggage. Pure speculation, they raised their fee the cruise lines pay them; Princess accepted and X did...Honestly have no idea; someone should email them, I wouldn't use it as I'm on team fly home early
-
This. I purchased it for all my cruises but realized I should have purchased two per cruise
