We have other perks that come with being elite and in a suite.

We find that dining with our friends is a much better perk than club class.

If they’re like us, we have access to club class dining, but our travel companions do not. We elect to dine with them in the main dining room and therefore book dining times for the four of us on the app.

I’ve been looking at Island Princess, and it appears that she has no sailings in the month of June 2024. Since I’ve read that she hasn’t been in dry dock since 2017, it makes sense this would be the time.

The email address to send the transfer request has been changed to: adminsupport@princesscruises.com I sent a request to the old email address several months ago, and it got lost somewhere in space. My TA let me know about the change, and presto! All was resolved.

I had a problem using Safari, so switched to Firefox and got right in.

Friends of ours on this cruise said when they boarded the ship after a day on Maui, the ship was repaired and they could go back to their original cabin.

I book with a TA who discounts the price of my cruise. She’s very responsive when I contact her, but I must admit, I have to keep track of any price reductions, etc. I’m not sure if a CVP will do that and contact you. I’ve only worked with one who’s very popular with Princess cruisers, and when I booked with her, she gave me nothing extra. Lesson learned.

We’ve been on the Grand several times, and on every cruise, there were problems. Many involved water dripping from the ceiling in varying areas, and Princess can’t seem to solve the problem. We love that class of ship, but the Grand has seen better days. I hope you have a wonderful 2024 cruise.

Time to get rid of the Grand…really past time!

I just noticed that for our upcoming cruise in May, the travel summary states we’ll each get a coupon book. I have no idea why we’re getting them unless it’s a gift from our TA. Looking at the post by@Paula_MacFan ,I’m not sure there’s anything that we’ll use.

We were invited to the bridge on the Sea Princess many years ago. It was really interesting and everyone was so informative and friendly. My profile photo is with my DH and the Captain. Would love to do it again, especially on a larger ship.

Thank you for your help. After fighting with the Medallion app., I was finally able to make the reservation.

We are traveling with friends, and our booking numbers are linked. We have a free first night dinner but our friends do not. We’d like them to join us and we will pay for their dinner. I made reservations at Crown grill for us, but I can’t figure out how to add them to our reservation. For the rest of the cruise, we have reservations at the same time, in the same dining room, and it shows we’ll be together. Any ideas?

I didn’t name names and it was a long time ago. No one will be in a world of hurt.

On a couple of cruises, when we didn’t have a package, the bartender would hold on to our drink charge until we sailed and were in international waters. That kept us from having to pay taxes on our drinks.

Go to your booking and at the top left, click on Summary. Scroll down and click on Add Cruise Package and Save. Under the column Princess Plus, it should show if you paid for that package.
