  2. You order your food, pay, tell them your name, find a seat and they bring your food to you. You get your own drink from a soda machine.
  3. My brother in law like only a little salad dressing on his Caesar and asks for it on the side. You can ask for changes if you want. I told the waiter I wanted the fish without all the other items, he said of course what else did you want, I said what about a baked potato and that is what I got.
  4. The App has just been updated. Today, when I logged into the APP it said- ”Good evening (my name)” At the bottom of the cruise page it shows - Home, Order, Journey, Compass, Profile It never had these before. Maybe with the lastest updates they make changes.
  5. I have a big OBC on my present booking so do not want to loose it to make another booking.
  6. The cruise I priced shows DEAL - View offer details - $100 shore excursion OBC and 30% discount off cruise fare price for new bookings. If I log in, it shows a price and if do not log in it is a higher price than log in but a lower price than what I presently have. I have a big OBC for my booking which I don’t want to loose. My TA agent said she tried booking as a new booking and it was higher than my booking.
  7. I have a cruise booked. I noticed that the price had gone down. I emailed my agent with a snapshot of the price I see. She said she can not see the price I see and she also called Princess and they can not see that price. I cleared all the cookies, turned off my Ipad and turned it back on. Googled Princess.com. I do the all the steps to get a cruise and price. I still see the same price as before. Is there anything I can do?
  8. I will be on the Island next year. Interested on any information you have. What time are the shows? How is the service in the dining room?
  9. Cruises are coming up for Saturday and Sunday sailings. Has Princess cancelled or delayed any cruises?
  10. I have taken International Friends 2x post cruise. They pick you up at the Southampton dock. I took the tour with stops at Salisbury Stonehenge and Windsor. Purchase entrance tickets through them. They dropped us at the door of our London hotel around 6pm.
  11. I had the same problem with the loyalty status. All my bookings show Elite but the APP showed blue. For the APP, I would logged out, log in, uninstall and reinstall mnay times. Princess have made a few updates on their computer system. I made many calls to Princess to Ocean Ready, Customer Service, email, Live Chat trying to correct my status on the APP. All my booking show Elite, and have only used one Captain Circle number. Ocean Ready would transfer me to Customeer Service saying it is their problem, Customer Service would look then say they would send an email Medallion Dep as it was their problem. They keep saying you can purchase NET at full price and get a refund as refundable OBC once onboard. Finally, I got a Customer Service agent, who actually took her time to look into my problem. She said Princess uses email address, name, phone number to recognize passengers, a new system. She found myself and cabin friend had 2 Captain Circle numbers each. She corrected that problem and said it would take 24 hours for the computer to recognize the Elite. It was more like 72 + hours with a phone call from Ocean Ready. For my August cruise, I did not need to purchase the NET so really did not look to close to my photo on the APP, as I was able to book dining as Elite and all the other sections it did not matter what status you were. The APP showed me as blue (should have been black) and cabin mate was Ruby (should have been grey). When we picked up our medallions at the port, mine was Black and my cabin friend was Platinum the correct status and this was before all my calling when I got back home.. Try asking Customer Service if there are 2 email adresses for you/husband?
  12. I think when I called after 6 calls, 7 hours on the phone, I had a Customer Service agent that was very helpful and willing to look into the problem.

Elite Status App Error - with Captan # - booking # - cruise date - ship Explain your problem I started calling Sept 15, send email Sept 22 to Ask Ocean Medallion, resolved Sept 27 received an email from Ask Ocean Medallion Sept 28 telling me the issue hasd been resolved
  14. I don’t think it was my daughter’s status. It should have seen the booking did not have her name on it. My agent said Princess has made a few changes to their computer system recently. The APP has had many many problems since it came out. I was able to book Dine My Way in advance as Elite. I booked my NET as soon as I hung up the phone.
  15. UPDATE - I called on Saturday and talked to Ocean Ready transferred to Customer Service. Customer Service agent was helpful. She said Princess now (after many updates) uses email address, name, phone number to recognize you. My daughter uses my email for somethings and is blue maybe that is why my APP shows me as blue. It showed I had 2 Captain Circle numbers and my cabin friend also 2 Captain Circle numbers. I don’t know why the other account numbers. Customer Services agent made the corrections. Ocean Ready and Customer Services said would take 24 hours to correct. Today, no correction made. It still showed full price for Net and blue. I called Ocean Ready, she said would send email to tech Dept to correct. I called back to Shore Excursion Dept to ask about an excursion on another cruise. She could not help for the excursion question I had. She transferred me to a Customer Service agent. Again no help for the excursion question I had. I asked about purchasing NET through her. She said no, she would send an email to Ocean Ready. Maybe a hour later, I received a phone call to say APP now shows Elite status . While on the phone I logged into the APP and it shows 50% discount for NET for all my cruises. After many hours on the phone, Live Chat, the APP is finally resolved.
  16. I used them in 2019, from airport to hotel and the next day hotel to dock. Both times on time, clean cars.
  17. I noticed that the cabin sizes for balconies are all 236 sq ft. Normally depending where the cabin are on the ship there are different sizes.
  18. I tried the phone. The system won’t allow me to purchase as Elite purchase, even through the agent can see I am Elite, the App shows my as a new passenger.
  19. My cabin friend is platinum. On the App it shows the full price for her also. I was hoping I could purchase Wifi through her. I will wait until final payment in Nov and ask my agent to try if she can’t get Elite price will have to pay full price and get OBC credit onboard.
  20. I do not drink alcohol or coffee/tea. It is cheaper for me to purchase WiFi, tips and soda package separately than purchasing Plus
  21. Hope you have a great cruise. Interested to see how you like the Sapphire. I will be on the Sapphire in 2024. Would be interested in any reviews you do.
