I am also from Toronto. I always book EzAir and watch the prices regularly. I have found my 4 past Europe cruises, my EzAir prices went down, pre Covid. Near EzAir final payment, I check the airline price and decide which is cheaper and take which is cheaper, most of the time it is EzAir. I like booking EzAir, that I can book air with no $, watch to see if the price goes down, then see which is cheaper EzAir or airline near final payment. I have been able to reserve Premium Economy seats with Air Canada to Europe. I have been checking Air Canada/Air Transat prices for next year. The prices are much higher compared to other years. EzAir opens up for my Rome return in Dec, so who know what the price will be.

I was just checking. On the Majestic cruising Alaska the shows were 7:30 & 9:30. I think before the shows were later.

We will be on the Caribbean Princess in Feb 20, 2023 doing 10 day Panama Canal. Anybody know the evening shows times in the theater?

You can stay at a London hotel for the night and recoup from jet lag. The next day use - www.internationalfriends.co.uk They go only on embarkment/disembarkment days from/to certain London hotel with a stop at Dover Castle then the Dover dock. I used them from Dover to my London hotel.

Trying to remember what to do, I could not remember what it was called so used pass code. It is a 4 digit password you pick When you scan your medallion at the slots, - set up a casino account - with your birthday - 4 digit code you picked - I think it might ask for code again - it asks if you want to take money from your cabin account into your casino account - the $ amount you want transferred - will ask for 4 digit code

Would also like to know how much to tip car service?

To cash out - - go to the casino cashier - you scan your medallion - you put in your pass code - they give you cash If you want to put cash on your cabin account - go to guest services

I have a 14 day Med & Israel (2023) cruise booked in CDN$. We have 2 balcony cabins booked. 1 cabin with Plus - $4,434.32/pp - cruise fare only 1 cabin with Standard - $3,404.31/pp - cruise fare only + paid separately + tips ($253.75) + WIFI ($87.50 Elite rate) + soda ($206.36) total $547.61/pp Total Standard cruise fare + purchases = $3,951.92/pp Difference Plus vs Standard + purchase $482.39/pp savings. For me, I have found not drinking alcohol/coffee, it is cheaper to purchase Standard and purchase what I want. With Princess you can purchase cruise fares with different price options.

I was on the Majestic in Sept. The last day which was a sea day, there was a prize event in the Plaza, deck 5, also posted in the activities newsletter. The casino manager had already made the drawings. They had envelopes with passenger name and cabin number. The cruise director called the first name/cabin on the envelope . There were a few $25, one $100 and $5,000. There was only 1 person present, she signed a paper and she was handed $25. They said the others would be notified.

I have a 14 day Mediterranean and Israel cruise, Nov 9-23, 2023. Hope they postpone it again so we don’t have to do.

Will be interested in your opinion between the cruise lines once you have been on the ship.

I received an email for casino rate for a few cruises. I clicked the cruise and date I wanted on the email. It directed me to the Princess website, It showed 2 cruises for the destination I wanted. I logged in. I followed how I normally check for prices. . Selected 2 guests, stateroom type (balcony), cruise package option (first Standard), stateroom location, select cabin location, deck, cabin, price is shown.Then went back to the beginning to select Plus to get the price. If you select Standard, you get no perks. Once booked, can go to On Board Services and upgrade to Plus. I get the prices as I posted. If I do not log in the price is much higher than the casino rate. We had the Plus on our last cruise in August. I only had soda or virgin cocktails and my travel friend had soda, cocktail and 1 alcohol drink so not really worth it for us. I paid CDN$ $422/pp for tips, soda package and Elite WiFi.

Prices from Princess website that I used to book my cruise. I first checked Standard price (second picture). When back and checked Plus (first picture) to see the best price for what I wanted. First picture is Plus shows cruise fare only per person $2,618.65 CDN Second is Standard shows cruise fare only per person of $1,105.65 CDN I received a casino rate for this cruise if that makes a difference.

That is why I like Princess, everyone has a choice of which fare they want to pay

I was on the Norwegian Fjords cruise in June. The WiFi was bad due to the Fjords. I went down to the Internet Cafe and the Manager refunded the full cost of the WiFi for the week as I had purchased WiFi separately not the Plus.

I don’t drink alcohol or coffee/tea. I booked a 10 day cruise. If I had booked with Plus it would be $1,500 CDN$/pp, the difference between Plus vs Standard I booked at the Standard cruise fare. I booked separately - tips, soda package, WiFi (Elite @ $5/day) Total $422 CDN$/pp.

I won $1,380 (all at one machine) at slots on an Alaska cruise in August. Cashier just cashed me out and handed me full amount I had won.
