  4. I am Elite. My profile shows Elite. MedallionClass app shows blue - new passenger. When I try to purchase MedallionNet it shows the full price not the Elite 50% discount. I have logged out and uninstalled and reinstalled many times. I called Princess and talked to an phone agent for 1 1/2 hours trying to fix the problem. I was transferred to MedallionClass Dept another (1 hour). She applied Net at full price and was told an OBC refund would be applied once onboard and she would call me back in 2 days. No call back. Did Live Chat (1/2 hour), no help again I was told to purchase and get refund on the ship. Called again (1 hour) this time to MedallionClass app Dept. He could see I am Elite. He said don’t purchase Net yet and he would put in a request to change to Elite and will call back in 48 hours. No call back. Because the app shows blue, no phone agent can purchase the Net at Elite price until it is fixed. I have spend over 4 hours trying to fix this easy problem. Any idea what to do?
  5. I cancelled MedallionNet on Monday online and the refund was on credit card yesterday
  6. Coming from Canada on Air Canada (international). Trying to avoid taking a shuttle to pick up transportation to San Pedro. What transportation can I take that picks up at the curb?

  10. I was told leave 90 minutes after arrival to go through customs/immigration/ baggage to purchase timed tickets. At airports terminal, if you miss your timed ticket and if there are seats on the next coach they will honour the ticket without a charge. In May, I arrived at Terminal 5 we were bussed from plane to building and missed the long walk and was through customs/immigration/ luggage in 20 minutes. My sister plane was late leaving Montreal by 2 hours. She arrived at Terminal 3. Long long lines at least 1 hour for customs/immigration/luggage. Then the walk to the coach station. She missed her coach that was suppose to meet me at Terminal 5. She was able to get a later coach with no problem. You never know how long the lines will be. Just make sure there are other coach times after yours encase you miss yours.
  11. Depending on which airline you use will determine which National Express terminal station you are going to use. Check www.heathrow.com website for more information which terminal your airlines uses, also under National Express. -I have used this terminal before. The Central Coach terminal for Terminal 3 - you need to follow the sign for the Coach station, about a 10 minute walk all indoors, no seats to rest. There will be a board on the wall to tell which coach bay to go to. It will be the last stop (town) on the route of your ticket for which bay. You go direct to the bay for the coach. The driver will be there to take your luggage. ASK driver to make sure correct coach. There is a live person at the ticket booth for any help. I had to ask as I didn't see any signs for Southampton. There is a small store there and benches to wait. Use airport bathroom before going as they charge at coach station. - I used this terminal in May. Terminal 5 - Follow the signs for Coaches outside arrivals of the airport. Their coach signs (stops 9-15) are close to the outside exit door. There is an glass shelter there with seats. There are a few signs with numbers for their coaches. I asked a driver, which numbered sign was for Southampton, he said as the coaches come in, they line up - first coach, second coach third coach, not at a certain sign. WATCH the name (last town on the route) on the coach. ASK the driver or any driver that stops for the correct coach. The driver exits the coach and puts luggage under the coach. Use bathroom at airport before exiting the airport. I believe there are a small bathroom on the coaches(?). The coaches start at Central Coach then about 15 minutes later a stop at Terminal 5 then a straight drive to Southampton unless there is a stop at a town, my coach had a stopped at Winchester to let a person off.
  12. On the Majestic Aug 27, in a balcony, we combo shampoo/conditioner and bath gel pumps in the shower and a bar of soap and a tube of lotion near the sink.
  13. On the August 27-Sept 3 on the Majestic, on the app I had a 5:40pm dining as I found out the first show was 7:30. First night, I told them I had a 5:40 reservation time for each night. Each night, I would tell them we had table 211 and want that table and each night they would say “we will have to check” and they come back “yes, it is available”. One night we were late by 15-20 minutes, we had to sit at another table
  14. On the Majestic August 27-Sept 3, the Cruise Director said that the Casino Manager had made random picks earlier.. Casino Manager had a silver locked briefcase with him. He handed the envelopes to Cruise Director who read out first name and cabin #. Only one winner was there, she went to Casino Manager, looked like she showed her medallion and signed a paper and she was handed cash. For the $5,000, they had a big cheque. They pulled a paper off to expose the first name and cabin #. They said the the other winners were going to be contacted.
  15. On the Majestic, on the last cruise day, announced on the Pattern, in the plaza deck (5), there was a presentation. Casino Manager had envelopes with names and cabin number. They had a few $25 prizes, (1) $100, and (1) $5,000. Only 1 winner was present, they said the other passengers would be contacted.
  16. We were on the Majestic August 27 - Vancouver-Whittier. They can tell from the tv that you have seen and checked in for the muster drill. We were going to check in for the muster drill after our early dinner. When we got to our check in at the Terrace bar on deck 6, there was no one there. We went to Guest Services, she said “I can tell you saw the video, do you know what to do, you will receive a letter tomorrow”. There was a letter the next day in our cabin, explaining what to do. The tv is set to continue showing the muster video. We had to call Guest Services to rebook our tv so we can watch the tv. We had 1,858 passengers on my cruise.
  17. Presently on Alaska cruise August 27 - Sept 3 on the Majestic Vancouver to Whittier. Ship holds 3,560 passengers, on this cruise 1,856 passengers. We have found no crowds, no waiting for bar service, able to find theater seats for the 7:30 shows. No lines for dining room for breakfast or dinner.
  18. Last week, I was on Live Chat to cancel a cruise, “I was told only way to cancel was calling”. I called to cancel the cruise, again “I asked if I could cancel through Live Chat and again I was told “no only by phone”.

    I have been following their start date, which have been postponed a few times, now it shows start date November 2023. There is a place on their website, to put your email address and they are suppose to let you know when it starts. My cruise is a14 day Mediterranean and Israel cruise in November 2023 so very interested if we will need to apply for it.
  22. Many years ago, we had one. The beach attendant took our excursion voucher and asked which clam shell we wanted. We found it hot in it as the air is trapped in the clam shell, no breeze. Put your items on the lounger, easy to find again. If ordering a drink from wandering bar attendants, they seem to remember where you are. Any time we went back to the island, we went early and found loungers in the shade.
  23. I cancelled some excursions on Monday August 21 online. All were refunded on my credit card on Tuesday August 22. I think that is pretty fast turnaround time.
