From what I read, most or all of these changes are airline-initiated. And could well happen if you were booked directly with that airline. It could be that some of these changes are done due to the file not being ticketed (i.e. not a "committed" customer as yet).

You can also book your fave airline (DELTA) using EZ-Air. As you have seen, don't expect to save much - if anything - domestically. What you may gain is flexibility to change flights or book a fare drop that you may not get with direct airline ticketing. You can enter your Skymiles numbers and earn points. Once you have gone to Delta website and entered your booking code, make sure your profile is in there and recognized. If you have Delta status, you can select better seats, etc. The best situation with EZ-Air is for overseas flights are they don't have the one-way super surcharges the airlines slap on if booking one way. Often you might find the best deal flying over and back on two different carriers, for example. Or you only need one-way since sailing the other direction. Example, I have rebooked multiple times for our October voyages. We have been on an incredible business class deal with Air France for a while now, but my original booking was 2x the cost. And even that original cost was less than the airline (AC). Now, our return is on BA/AA combo and again, an incredible business class rate that is less than the Prem Econ rate I had us on with LH/AC coming back home. Business class for two of us together is about $1,700+ USD each way.

Some good ideas above to try and fix the behavior. But, now that you have a booking, you do need to get someone at Princess and perhaps even ask for a senior agent. See, you do need to have your Captain's Circle Member number attached to your booking. There may be a lower fare you are eligible for that will only "show" or "work" with having your Member number there which also includes your geographic location (to which some offers are attached). Someone at Princess needs to review your CC Profile with you and see if they have a bad data field. This is assuming none of the ideas above work to get you logged in. You might also try "I forgot my password" even though you have not and let it send you an email to reset the password. For certain, clear princess.com cookies before doing that and clearing cache good idea as well.

Princess doesn't care where you take the test. Just has to be a proctored Antigen test. If you are not sure, compare the test type name at SDM against the list of approved/accepted tests on Princess.com. I think you will find it is good.

PCL used to use that terminal when they also ran cruises out of SJU, but that is a long time ago now. I gather they weren't money-makers because the fares were low to get people to fly down from the mainland at much higher cost and longer trip. Then, they were often having to sell cabins locally at a discount. From a guest standpoint, it was nice to have a couple of those trips since you were starting the voyage in the Caribbean and many more islands could be visited in a week. Now, we look to sail for more than a week at a time.

I wonder if Princess has been bleeding more cash reserves due to having so many IT problems and having to spend way more in this area than would have been budgeted. IDK if they had more Covid cancellations to provide FCC's for as well. I know I missed the GC bonus for both Valentine's and M Day as I was planning on buying another $3K. Oh well.
