a common reason why the arrival time changes is because of ship speed. if they can reduce the fuel usage by going slower then they will adjust the arrival time to get there later in the day
Does the Glory have to do a transatlantic to the Cadiz shipyard? Freeport has a drydock shipyard that other cruise lines uses. maybe the Glory could go there to save time
I noticed the same thing back in February, general information does not print for me. i too miss the pages that has the itinerary, pricing and other very useful things
the last time i called carnival they said it was a bug/glitch in the system and it appears it will never be fixed
When i was on the breakaway back in the day on every sea day Moderno had a specialty theme lunch. one sea day will be german, another sea day will be chinese and they even had a band playing music
during the non revenue crossing they can do alot of maintenance work onboard the ship as the ship will be empty with no passengers. then at the shipyard it will arrive at the drydock to be pulled out of the water to do the work that is needed under the ship
if you are being dropped off by car, there is no stairs and everything is the on the same level
if are arriving by a bus, there is an elevator to the 2nd level for the security and boarding area
since the pandemic i noticed NCL been cutting back on the Florida-Bahamas cruises. they do not do them that much now compare to the back in the day. i would love if NCL continue doing these of cruises but i guess that can be hard to do now that MSC and Royal is doing these cruise
Yes. The first cruise for cruise out of brooklyn was on saturday and MSC is doing weekly cruises out of the brooklyn terminal
the terminal is no longer a migrant center, it was only temporary
from what i seen on various youtube videos, in the port of call they used at least 3 or more more gangways . this helps with getting on/off the ship quickly
