RCL moved up the departure. Seems they could have moved it up enough to get us to our destination country. Being a TA many people have weeks of travel that has to change. The compensation is laughable and they won’t cover getting to the original country. Since I booked so far out any other cruise but the Spain they are offering drops us from a suite to a balcony for the same price.

We were supposed to go this year and pushed a year because my son is getting married.

It was scheduled to go in after this cruise, they decided to move it up and that they didn’t want to send the ship to Southampton the turn around.

I called. Balcony instead of suite for same price.

Only 1 still going to England. Balcony for same price we had suite. They offered 3 price protected going to Spain but we still lose the 4 new ports we had never been to.

The new option drops 4 ports we have never been to and dumps us in Spain instead of England. For $200 OBC and refuse to pair airfare from Spain to England. And 1 less day.

Just got an email that out transatlantic was canceled so they could go to drydock early. They offered us 3 other transatlantic cruises at today’s fare that end in Spain instead of Southampton and $200 OBC. Has anyone had any luck getting the initial offer increased? We booked a year ago so rates are double. Out trip is planned around arriving in England then visiting England and Ireland.

My kids were across the hall on several cruises, from ages 12 and 14. It was never an issue booking it that way but we always book direct with the cruise line.

Brilliance arrives in New Orleans April 10 2025 then there is a 2 day gap before she leaves Miami for the TA on April 12 2025. Seems too short of any kind of service and 2 night NOLA to Miami would be an odd charter. Any ideas? She goes to a two week dry dock immediately following the TA.

I have cruises in May and August. Can I use unused punches on the next cruise too?

We did Sawgrass this week and saw zero alligators and 2 interesting birds. Not sure if it matters but it was 90 degrees in October.

I did not ask. I only redeemed enough that I knew I would use.

Exactly what we did on a previous cruise. Took a little time because they had to get a ship security person to come check it in for us.

I just had to call today. Called the Captains Club number because mine had not showed up after two weeks. She told me that "You have to call us to have the credit applied". She just needed my Credit card number and reservation number. It showed up in my cruise planner after about 15 minutes.

We sail 10/14, looking forward to your review. Could you please post the costs for the glass blowing items? Thanks

We cruised once during a shut down. TSA and Customs were there but I was sure to say "Thank you for being here" to every one of them we passed.

On one of our pre-cruise days we will take the water taxi. Are there any decent bars and restaurants near stops? Nothing fancy. Maybe stop for a drink and get back on, repeat. Then stop for dinner.

Does anyone have current prices for the available items? How much is the Pumpkin or the ornament? or the bowl?

could we catch 11:15 am flight? 4 of us so taxi van or larger Uber - TSA pre check. Also global entry but I don't think that matters at the port.

We are taking a snorkle tour in the morning but the ship is in port until 9PM. Any suggestions for what to do in the afternoon or evening?

We stayed one night and it was fine. Air BNB was next to a Grocery store (with descent wine selection), 1/2 block from Laundromat and walking to other shops and restaurants. I would stay again one night pre-cruise, But I would not want to stay a few days there. Tarquinia and Ostia Antica are Etruscan sites nearby and I hear the latter is a nice choice of a couple nights, check them out.

Very quiet - no noise from the stairway door or from the football games and movies above. with door open could hear sunset bar music which was nice.

We are booking an eastbound TA from Cape Liberty to Southhampton (Madeira Portugal, Spain, France). Royal Anthem OTS. I cannot use the balcony without shade.
