Sorry you had a bad experience but our experience was the opposite. We just got off Beyond last week. Dedicated butler who brought great, hot breakfasts, brought water, diet cokes and ice tea numerous times. Our room attendant gave us the Celebrity bag, card holders and filled ice bucket twice a day. He also left beach towels. Our butler also asked us numerous times if he could bring specialty coffees, drinks from bars or food. My husband had a medical situation and had to pack his bags in case he was not given a “fit to sail” letter from doctor In Cartagena. The butler kept calling and asking me if I need anything or if I heard from my husband. He also stated if we had to get off ship he would be there to help us. Note that this was first sailing on Beyond that dedicated butlers were back.

I just did a mock booking for a SS on Beyond and Retreat Butler is still listed. I read today’s newsletter and I am not finding the information on changes to Retreat you state.

We just got off beyond in a SS. We had a dedicated butler and we also had the Retreat Room Service Menu which was delivered by our butler and it was definitely NOT canned, pre prepared or frozen! I don’t know where you are getting your information but it’s not correct!

We just got off the Beyond 11 day Panama Canal Cruise. We went to new locks. They start at about 6 am and go through 3 locks to Gatun Lake. Takes about 2 1/2 hours. In Gatun lake they anchor and bring down a few tenders. They tender people in to a pier there. You can only get off if you have a ship sponsored tour. The ship stays awhile and then about 2 pm started to go back through the locks. Took us same amount of time. We then headed to Colon where they docked at about 6 pm and stayed until about 9:30 pm. Nothing to do at port so we stayed on board. It was a great day! Just remember for this cruise you need a passport!

On Beyond now in a mid ship sky suite. We heard some creaking at night when seas were rough, other than that it’s quiet.

We are on Beyond now. You need to get to the shows an hour ahead of time or you can’t find a seat! It’s ridiculous! There will be two chic nights.

On Beyond right now. They are not enforcing any dress code in Luminae. Shorts, flip flops, jeans have all been seen in the evening.

I think it all depends on what level suite. If an upper suite you will either get a call pre cruise from shoreside concierge or a personal email asking many questions. If in a lower suite you will get an email that asks basic questions such as do you want extra hangars, etc. There is no reserved dining in Luminae. If you are talking about a specialty restaurant shoreside concierge can make reservations for you before the cruise but double check once you get onboard they are made. We were in a RS and they failed to make half our reservations and when they went to rebook them, they could not give me the times I had originally requested. The only time we have had saved seating in the theatre is on chic nights. The highest suite we have been in is a Royal Suite. We are on Beyond now in a Sky Suite and could not find seats in the theatre tonight for the 7:30 pm show. We also could not seats in the Club or Eden Show a few times. The above is my personal experience from being in Sky Suite or Royal Suite.

We better get the CC discount! Nothing was charged yet. We did get a small discount in Raw on 5.

We boarded Beyond on 3/11. Today I made reservations for Eden and Rooftop Grill. We also made reservations for Raw on 5 while on board. We just did it via the app.

Just boarded Beyond. Butlers are back starting now!!!

That sheet looks to be for Captains Club, I don’t see Concierge anywhere on it.

I got a LV purse and wallet last cruise with OBC. They look like they were brand new. You just don’t get the original storage bag with them.

I have black leather ones they gave out in 2015 or so. Then it was rubber ones that stuck to back of phone and last cruise was grey faux leather!
