  1. Never mind. I found the brochures online.
  2. I’m registered for the event tomorrow. Do any of the GV do AU and NZ for any length of time. I think I read that one does a three week version thanks.
  3. Yes, I realize I could phone. I just wondered why all the agencies that were selling the segments have pulled them all.
  4. I just read the fine print at the online agency. It appears to have been pulled until they get a revised itinerary Please Note: In light of recent events, Xxxxxxxxx expects this itinerary to be modified to exclude Ukraine. Xxxxxxxxx will update the itinerary as soon as the revised itinerary is announced and we are not taking new bookings for the itinerary as currently shown.
  5. Thanks for looking. They’re also gone from a couple of big online places. Interesting. Again, thanks for looking.
  6. Hi, curious. They’re no longer on Royal’s site and gone from some online agencies but not all. Is this because of all the expected port changes because of Russia? Any insight? thanks.
  7. The itinerary is on a couple of online sites.
  8. I’m not sure you would eventually pay more. In Canada servers are paid the same minimum wage as other people, or very slightly less. Around $14-$15. Our restaurant prices aren’t out of line with yours.
  9. Yes, I realize that, I remember them doing it as most people were removing the tips. I was however referring to Australia by land trip, not cruising.
  10. Luckily we have a guy we’ve rented from for over 10 years but I hear you. Prices are nuts. By the time I get back it might not have been cheaper than a 1A 😂
  11. I didn’t say it was the end of the world. I said it was a tick in the land trip column.
  12. Lol…nice one! We actually cancelled a celebrity 18 day cruise to do this instead. The month in Hawaii was cheaper than a 1A balcony 🤷🏻‍♀️
  13. Depends where you go. We’ve done australia three times and tipping is not much. We’re currently looking at an extended NZ and AU trip. Tipping is not prevalent in either country. We leave next week for a month in Hawaii. We have a condo so will only be tipping if we go out at night. I understand specialty restaurants at Celebrity also now add in 18%? Not everywhere in the world has the US tipping culture.
  14. $41.49 a day Canadian sure adds up. They deserve it but it’s always factored into land trip cruise calculations for us. Check mark in the land trip column for this one.
  15. What happens during Martini Hour? Specials? Is this happy hour?
  16. If you don’t want to fly, check out HAL. Lots of South Pacific cruises return San Diego.
  17. You should be able to delete the landing info and it holds all the vaccine data.
  18. There are exceptions to this. There’s an exception for all cruises leaving from LA for some reason. Do your homework for your cruise.
  19. Could be Bracciano or Ceri. They’re often combined on an excursion.
  20. I was going to ask the same question about making changes. Their system is pretty bad. I have no idea what type of fare they’ve booked, can’t search for alternatives. Don’t believe it includes a checked bag which is showing as possibly $70 each way 🤬. At this point I’m ready to give up and do it myself. Currently using HAL’s flights too for April and it’s a 1000x better.
  21. I have 4148 booked for both of my booked HAL cruises.
  22. I’m thinking an Uber can’t be that expensive between the two spots? In San Pedro the CP is sold out and Double Tree is close to $400 Cdn. I can use points at Marriott/Westin. Thoughts?
  23. Going to resurrect this thread. Does anyone know where you can find the wines included? Picture is showing Opus but I’m assuming that’s in a tasting if at all thanks.
