  1. My comment got buried in the quote, here it is Have to believe that if their items were removed, they would learn to speak English really fast
  2. Looking forward to this Jeff, there are always 3 sides to every story...
  3. I checked out the day pass, but it won't work for us. We are expected to arrive at noon, which could get us there by 1 pm, but the pass is only good to 5 pm.
  4. We went to Grande Anse Beach many times, years ago, prior to the ships docking at the new port. We are now looking to go to LA Plywood, we have never been before. Our times are noon to 8 pm, does this beach seem like a good place for a beach visit?
  5. I haven't given them anything!!! I'm assuming they will ask for a credit when placing a bid? Obviously, I am not familiar with the process, that's why I asked.
  6. If your bid is accepted, how are you paying for it? They all happen after final payment.
  7. When I got these years ago, you had to use points. Is that still the case?
  8. Haven't used AARP cards in a long time. Do I still need to use AARP earned points to then purchase the cards?
  9. We have already booked and are good. We were asking because our children and grandchildren will be joining us. They have not booked yet, so i was asking in advance of them booking. Is there a way to see what cruises are currently running the promotion?
  10. How often does Princess run promotions for 3rd and 4th passengers? Can the promotion be used after booking?
  11. We haven't sail Princess in many years and are booked for 2025. When bidding, is it for a particular room or just a category upgrade? Real question is do you know the room number you are bidding on?
  12. Thank You for the replies, so I guess the Plus on Princess is the same drink wise as Carnival, but with some extra perks like dinning and grats?
  13. Late to the party, just got caught up. Great Live, as well as your Carnival ones. Have not been on Princess in years, but planning on going again in 2025. We are trying to figure out the differences in the Beverage Package, Plus Package, and Premier Packages. If I kept score correctly from your posted receipts, nothing was over $14. What drinks would cost over $15? Thanks
  14. Have them check out the machine. Our last cruise on Insignia there was a problem with it not pulling the milk. The milk reservoir was full, but not pulling.
  15. Correct regardless of check in time, boarding is highest level cabin to lowest. If you're not in concierge or above, might as well go a little later.
  16. Something to keep in mind that we learned from experience. I'm not even sure why O has check in and boarding times. The order of getting on the ship is based on cabin level, and check in time has nothing to do with it.
  17. Hi, We will soon be sailing on Oceania again. The last time we sailed, they were changing prices of the packages and changing items. I recently looked at what should be available on Insignia, and they only listed the Premium Liquors and Wines. The pricing of those liquors probably puts them out of the Prestige Package, not sure why because they aren't really that expensive in real life, just allocated. My question has do do with another upgraded package being available to include some of these options. Ron Z rum is ok, but better than the other Rums, Blantons is also better than the other Bourbon.
  18. Hi, Having never experienced this, we are asking if the Chef Table is worth it. If ships make a difference, we will be on the Venezia out of NY. Thanks
  19. We will wait to ask onboard our next cruise, but hoping the Ship Excursion money can be converted to OBC. We have never taken an O excursion and most likely won't. Just hate to pay for that and let it all go to waste.
  20. Pardon the sarcasm, but I must have missed the Live version. I'll try again in 2024? Sorry I can't go
  21. We always have booked onboard. Our last cruise booked was $250/person deposit, discounted pricing and $300 onboard credit. The extra OBC doesn't seem to be constant. If you get a flyer in your cabin with $300 OBC and you want to book, do it. Later in our cruise it was $100 OBC, not sure if it actually changed overall, or if it went down because we already booked one. It also comes with a 1 time change for free and price match.
