I have 'zero expectations' on our upcoming CB cruise - mostly based on our last CB cruise last Thanksgiving at over 100% capacity. Was still a good cruise and won't cancel this cruise based on the ship - and hope to never book another on the CB even when it is ported in Canaveral ... maybe this cruise will change my opinion back
but if we are offered a move over, or even move down - we will be all over that.
and "Princess Insurance" will also reimburse those 'after' the cruise - and also it will cover out-of-pocket expenses for deductibles for expenses after the cruise for followups with your primary providers.
I have first hand experience with this
really glad you put that in and have first hand experience - as you will get posters stating they have 'never had a problem' booking on the ship. We also were shut out on our last cruise from Crown Grill, and only opening night on Sabatini's was available - which we took. If you can't get any specialty dining once onboard - you better be at customer service "demanding😉/requesting on board credit - and it should be refundable - because it is something you paid for.
Check back closer to sail date ... could you book Sabatini's with your dining credit now?
we caught the back of a back to back part - not the whole group, but a few hundred at least. Took above the aft bar and pool. On a Halloween cruise ... that night was 'interesting'
just a thought - on your Thanksgiving cruise, it will have a lot of kids who will be on their phones 24/7 on the internet. Good luck getting any kind of service
OK, once is enough - errors happen
again, not so much - ask to speak to a hotel manager and see what the problem is and why you have to waste cruise time doing this - you should get OBC for your troubles
Let's see - I'm going to CS to buy tokens anyway - I walk up confident - and get in the suite/elite line ... even as a non - at a slow time ...
but, but, but ... whatever
PRO-Tip - Go to Customer service and ask for free laundry tokens - hey, it might work.
If not, and you KNOW you will be doing laundry - go ahead and buy the tokens for the machine.
$3 wash and $3 dry per load. Nothing worse than having your laundry all ready to be done,
and the token machine in the laundry is "out of service" at that time.
you are welcome
On the Bayou - in the round - is easily the best production show on Princess - We saw it on Island before ... well, that has been well discussed previously
