We are just off the Regal on Dec 10th and returning again on the 27th....The Regal is in great shape. The food was excellent, service also excellent. The beds and pillows are fantastic....Honestly, I can offer no complaints and we cruise a lot.

That does not make sense as we disembarked on Nov 5th from the Regal and the facial recognition was working just fine...took us minutes to get off. We will be embarking again on Dec 3rd so will find out more.

We got off the Regal on Nov 5th - Facial recognition was running at that time. We were off the ship in 15 minutes.. I suppose it changes from week to week

I have an Android phone and the app works fine....no problem.

Someone posted on the roll call that the ship would be two hours late arriving tomorrow in PE....arriving at 8:30am???? With this location that does not look probable...

WE rarely do ship excursions . There are many private tours that have an excellent reputation and long standing history of good service with a guarantee to get you to the ship...There should be groups forming on your roll call on cruise critic and I would advise joining one or forming one. There is so much to see and experience on these trips and much better done in a smaller group than 50 people boarding a big bus. Just my opinion.

We have had 50 cruises on Princess and the mattresses have always been wonderful - the one exception was when we were on the Crown. The mattress was awful - it sagged terribly. They replaced with another awful mattress. Finally they brought one from an inside cabin that had not been used very much and it was acceptable, but still not good. We will never sail again on the Crown as I have heard this same issue from many others. Other than that one time, the pillows and mattresses on Princess have been the best!

We recently had to cancel due to my husband's hospitalization. I called 2 days before departure and the cancellation invoice was sent immediately which I needed for my travel insurance company.

They always show the regular season games..If not on the MUTS, you can see them in your cabin,

I am surprised that Medicare paid -that is why I always buy travel insurance and the one with primary payment....Good for you!!

I think they gift slot players much better and those that play for longer than an hour or two, Just my thought.. We always get offers and play only slots.

Just did this itinerary in April of this year....there were no innoculations required.

We had a suite on the Caribbean Princess in July/August and there was a lovely vase of flowers given to us.

We get an aft cabin any time we possibly can - they are the best wherever you go!

Having been on both ships, I would choose the Caribbean Princess over the Coral....we did not like that ship.... Also, I would definitely choose Port Everglades - it is so easy to get there from the airport- just a few minutes away...

So our renewed passports were sent back exactly one month to the date...Received them on Sept 9th after paying for expedited processing and express shipping....we were so excited....went ahead and got some tickets to fly to Vancouver and jump on the Majestic on Sept 26th.... Processing times are much faster these days.
