What I did and you should do is armed with a cost detail by doing mock bookings between the interior and a balcony or suite. Then compare the difference and look at the details and that IMHO should be you determination if they are applying all of the discounts. I did in back in December on Mariner. I also, did a mock booking to determine what it would cost me to upgrade to a balcony cabin. With my D+ balcony and senior discount it cost me $0 + taxes & fees. I've got an 8 niter in February on the Anthem and the difference/cost me was $5 + T&F, however this is a combo of the D+ balcony and the solo supplement (DP340) discounts.

I was under impression that once you opt for a refundable deposit that you are locked in. If one can change then it provides sufficient flexibility going forward whether to proceed or cancel and not incur any fees, if my understanding is correct. Is there a time period that you are not able to convert.
