Really? As far as I can remember we were the only ship in the area where we could disembark. That was about three years ago, pre-covid, so maybe it's changed.

Norway isn't as expensive as Iceland but it IS expensive. Just put that in your mental file cabinet.

We LOVE Hurtigruten. First we did an Antarctica cruise with them and loved it so much we did a Norwegian coastal cruise (round trip). Check them out. -
Omigosh yes!!!! We went to a place (unfortunately I don't remember the name but it was on the left side of the main drag) We had the MOST wonderful lamb (locally raised) and least expensive bottle of wine of the menu. Dinner was $100. We took a taxi ride that was quite short and it was $20.
