  1. Yes, I had forgotten about the wind problems there.
  2. That was what the captain planned I assume. Sorry your cruise was not to your liking. I tend to agree that Iona is not for the fjords. We are booked on her to the Canaries and will see what she is like there.
  3. From P&O Q&A Adequate tests include over the counter tests, providing they meet the criteria below. NHS tests are now only issued for those in medical need. However, if guests have any remaining NHS tests, these would be accepted. Accepted antigen tests include: Rapid antigen test Viral antigen test Antigen Lateral Flow Fluorescence What is acceptable proof of my negative COVID-19 test result? Guests will no longer need to provide a test certificate, however, they will be asked to confirm the test has been taken, with a negative result, for them and each member of their party as part of their pre-boarding health declaration at the terminal.
  4. Everyone says she is in a terrible state and has old TVs etc. Surely some kind of improvements are being done to her in 2023.
  5. I think they are mid aft cabins in order to include some adapted cabins.
  6. Ok I’m sure your right. However the question was “why can’t P&O”. Well they could if they charged Silversea prices. i.e all inclusive as I said.
  7. Usually not. You would have to go on an excursion.
  8. I don’t know of any. Some offer free WiFi under a package extra or all inclusive but the price of the cruise will be much higher.

  10. I think you are jumping the gun here. The cancellation invoice would be different from the FCC which will show up on your P&O Personaliser.
  11. I thought that was the beginning of a song. We’re you singing?
  12. Surely it ask you somewhere if you have attended hospital or a clinic under another question
  13. Really really sorry to have troubled you. I thought it may have resolved the issue with your policy as the cruise lines are considering no longer offering FCCs. I wish you and family a good recovery.
  14. Arvia is meant for the Caribbean as she has an opening roof.
  15. Are you sure. Many people stay on board on port days.
  16. I’ve checked my bank Allianz policy for cancellation and can’t see this 14 day restriction.
  17. Correct. Princess requires an observed test not just sending a test result done by yourself on an app.
  18. They seem to be making the wrong decisions then. For a start the menus seem very restricted.
  19. On the later Royal class (Sky, Enchanted Princess) the adult pool area has no cabanas and is much smaller (real pity) as they have added cabins down either side. All cabanas are in the Sanctuary.
  20. The cabanas in the Sanctuary on Princess are much more upmarket than those around the pool. In fact on the latter Royal class Princess ships there are no cabanas around the pool and they are all in the Sanctuary.
