There was a clause in the conditions that said if the airline cancelled the flight; Flightease would rebook you. In that case the rate might be higher; and you had to pay the difference. I called today to get clarification and they basically told me in this case you don't get any choice - you have to pay for the flight and can't change it if you don't like the flights (unless you pay any cancellation fees). Does anyone know if this is correct - that clause is making me nervous about booking thru flight ease.

I was able to use the shore excursion credit ahead of time. Iif I remember it was one of the last screens. You might try computer and phone sometimes the apps work slightly differently. I was able to use my excess Nonrefundable credit from my Expedia booking for the tips and restaurants as well as the excursion.

You might explain your cruising background so we say relative to other cruises you have done. I have cruises NCL, Celebrity, Royal, Princess, and HAL. I find NCL entertainment to be best of the bunch. For a repositioning cruise the entertainment doesn’t change as often since they aren’t bringing on as many special acts, but I like the selection of bar and theater acts NCL produces. Activities very similar across lines. Food a little more basic on NCL but execution is good. Spirit is a small ship so there aren’t going to be big active things like rope courses bumper cars etc.

Enterprise and Hertz are the closest, but I used Avis because I had a corporate rate; Avis in Long Beach was a $15 a Lyft ride away. So there are a number of options.

I was in Copenhagen last year as a solo female. It seemed very safe. I ended up staying over the border in Sweden for a few nights because the cost of Copenhagen was very high due to the Tour de France at the time I was there.

I enjoyed the Dawn last summer in the Baltics. Royal’s food was a little better but service was better on the Dawn.
