  1. I'll call today. It's probably something with assignment of cabin. See the pic on how it looks.
  2. Yes it still shows on my cruise details when logged in. I still have all the line items for the included drinks, wifi that start with INCL, but then they repeat starting with CXL.
  3. Our Guarantee cabin was assigned a couple of weeks ago for our 10/28 Med cruise. We booked the promo the includes Easy Plus and WiFi 2 devices and Bella experience. We received a new booking confirmation with the cabin assignment. I just noticed a page toward the end of it titled Cancelled items. Then it lists Easy Plus, Wi-Fi, mineral water/coffee with as price listed of $0.00. have any of you seen this and should I worry? Our cruise details still list the Easy Plus and WiFi. I see what's sticking it. On the original booking it says INCL Easy Plus and INCL WiFi. Oh the new booking confirmation it says CXL Easy Plus, and CXL Wi-Fi. Do that's what's sending it to the cancelled page. Why would these be changed to Cancelled? I've made no changes to the booking.
  4. The rep I talked to couldn't even pronounce the name of the ship Armonia.
  5. Okay, you'll have to report back what happens at embarkation. Praying for a change by then.
  6. It's just so stressful now especially since noone else needs the tests. I really think they have missed the update on our USA website.
  7. I keep getting that answer too. Makes me sick. Funny how if you look at the Caribbean it addresses US and then non-US requirements. The non-US requirement have been changed on the other countries' websites, and not the USA one. Is there any way to escalate this?
  8. Would be nice if they would the website. We leave on 10/28 and pray we don't have to test before we leave Florida.
  9. Unbelievable they haven't updated the USA website for new 10/1 protocols applicable to over 50 other countries. Honestly I think they forgot to update ours. Mainly because the USA website talked about non-US residents for cruises leaving US with no updates to protocols, but if you go to their home country's website for Caribbean, they have new Oct 1 protocols.
  10. The USA website is so outdated. I really think they've forgotten to update it. It says I need a test for my Med cruise, but nearly every other country's site says no more test.
  11. MSC doesn't seem to have any special requirements for Greece, although for US pax, they still require Vax and tests for European cruises. Not happy about that since they've updated 50 of their other countries' websites to allow all and no test if vaxed.
  12. Yes, hoping someone posts. I have reached out by email, Facebook, Twitter and phone with noone indicating any change in protocols for us in US in Europe.
  13. Honest truth. Go to the bottom of the home page and drop down the country list. Every country has a website.
  14. Me too! I've counted over 50 countries' MSC websites that have been updated for the 10/1 changes. Not USA!
  15. You should follow the guidance for the Canadian site for cruises to Caribbean. If it says no test for you, then you're good.
  16. It won't be on the US website because that guidance is for UK residents. Each country has their own website which has the protocols that apply to them, for the various cruises destinations. The point of this thread about the US residents' protocols for European cruises. So far there is no change to the USA website. The hope is that they just haven't updated our USA website yet.
  17. The various countries' MSC websites are still being updated. I've noted a few more updated with 10/1 requirements. Hopefully for the USA website to be updated soon!
  18. I have called twice as recently as yesterday and asked Customer Service, but they honestly have no clue. They go to the website to check lol.
  19. It varies by country. Go to your MSC website for India, and look at the Health Protocols. If they've updated the protocols, there are two sections for before October 1 and from October 1.
  20. Yes, lots of MSC commercials in Florida. They really need to because people don't realize there is a new player in the US market and by seeing the commercials you can see how beautiful the ships are. I'm not one to watch commercials, but when an MSC one comes on, I always watch or sing along to the songs. They've had a few. People even in Florida don't even know about MSC as we've been so accustomed to all the other cruise lines sailing out of our state forever.
