Hi All! I just posted about a fix on another thread with a similar but different issue.

My team has made some changes that we believe will solve the varying degrees of log in / log out issues some of us have been experiencing. This is not easy for us to test since many of us had not had the issue or only had it intermittently.
If you are still experiencing any of the issues:
- Being logged out either randomly or repeatedly
- Not being able to log out
- Not able to log in
The first thing to be done is to delete our cruise critic cookies. The issue was with a specific cookie we used to keep you logged in - and we have made a change to that cookie. When you log back in we will set a new log in cookie and this should alleviate the problems.
I know many of you have cleared cookies in the past and know how, but just in case this site goes over the way to do so in multiple browsers: Clear Cookies for One Site
After you clear our cookies and log back in - I would be grateful if you could report back here or send me an email to let me know if your issues are resolved.

I will say my team did mention some may need to clear a very specific cookie if the issue didn't resolve - but easier to just delete all cruise critic cookies. Once you log back in it shouldn't be an issue any further

Sorry I didn't respond back earlier. I do have my team looking into it. I can't reproduce to begin to figure out what the problem is but many others have reproduced. Will report back as I know more

That is usually the message seen if not logged in OR if you are a new membership that hasn't verified email. If you or your friend could send an email with the membername that keeps seeing this error I can take a look at their membership to make sure it is properly activated

Help! My cruise has ship swapped! What do I do about our current Roll Call?
With the high number of cruises that are swapping ships, the best and fastest way to address this would be to create a brand new roll call for your sailing in the new ship forum. I do suggest checking the new ship roll call forum first to see if there has been a roll call set up.

Once you have created the new roll call, if you want your previous roll call mates to find it you could copy/paste the link into a post onto your old roll call.

This is being looked into - it has been very intermittent for myself. After clearing cruise critic cookies I have been able to log out for maybe the past week most of the time. However I haven't received word that the fix was fully in place and that the work is done.
Will update when I know more

Was testing out some settings of our boards software, this one helps moderators easily see why something is reported. Wasn't quite finished testing out the settings when you must have seen the report choices. They were the choices that were default with the software and will likely be changed.
But since you asked, in forum speak a PBP is a previously banned poster.
Pretty sure there has not been one single time where I have tested settings on this forum software and a member hasn't caught me. Haha
