I have a very hard time walking slow, drives me crazy to walk behind poky puppies. I get it, you walk slow but can your group move to the side so I can get by?

Looking for suggestions for early morning coffee

I use my Cheers package to buy a couple of sugar free energy drinks to keep in the frig. I'm normally up at 4 so those hold me over until Java Blue opens. -
Got a great deal on an S5 but would like to know exactly what I’m buying. The pictures I’ve seen are from Island and look very dated. I know it’s an old ship but…

I've never understood people bothering the stewards when they're working their behinds off getting the cabins ready. I give my bags to a porter, tip well, and get on the ship w/ a fanny pack because I don't want to carry anything. I'm a tall woman, trust me, if my bags were lost I couldn't replace clothing from the ship shops or a port unless it was a cruise to Norway or Iceland. Be kind. If you don't want to carry your stuff around don't, but don't think it is ok to make the steward's job harder. It isn't.

I have no intentions of paying extra for the Sanctuary, but Princess really should make these spots available on the cruise planner to make it more equitable. I also wish they'd do the same with Chef's Table, wine dinners, etc...

🌐Serenade Ultimate World Cruise - 17 leg breakdown

We're booked for the Buenos Aires to Santiago section and very much looking forward to it. So dumb, in my euphoria to buy airfare booked flights arriving day of, w/ a layover time in Miami of 40 minutes 😞 Will need to change that. @taznremmy it appears we are the only tribe members...so far. -

Thank-you for the video, I am now planning to do this on our next RC cruise. -
How do you feel about an interior room?
edspec replied to latebuyer's topic in Royal Caribbean International
I love inside cabins, and yes, have cruised in balconies, full suite, and mini-suite so know what I'm missing. I consider it like purchasing real estate. The smart buyer buys the cheapest house in the best neighborhood they can afford. -
Thank-you @ceilidh1 Great balanced review.

Great review, looking forward to the rest. Thank-you. What did you think of the Pride? I’m also a fan of quiet places and would like to book the Pride for the itineraries. -
I'll second the CCL special needs department. We cruised with 32 year old autistic DS last summer and the team was beyond wonderful. They whisked us on board, had a perfect table for us in the dining room, and when the cruise was over walked us off the ship and to the customs desk. We absolutely had better service on this cruise then a Star class cruise on RCL in November. The RCL service was very good and we would have been impressed had we not experienced the Carnival cruise four months previously. Just a thought for next time, Princess has a medallion system which enables you to track any of your party on the ship. If DS likes cruising you may want to try that next time. Don't be afraid to ask for what you need, I've found that cruiselines are very disabled friendly and they will do what they can to make your trip enjoyable.

5 day cruises? Not what I was hoping for.

The newest Kellerman isn't as good as his earlier ones. I read it last week and had to push myself to finish it because I couldn't get invested in the plot or characters. There's only so many times I can read about Milo's poor clothing choices, how cute Blanche is, etc... And the plot made no sense. Agree about the Prey books, love them. Also Will Trent series, sorry haven't read the whole thread so don't know if these have been mentioned.

Monday night. The mdr table I was assigned to was in the path towards Chef’s Table so each night we’d see the attendees group past.
-
Chef’s Table occurred several times during my Panorama 2/18-2/25 cruise. BTW, totally worth the money, I will definitely do this again.

Gross. We don’t have this on our Princess Plus and no loss. Whatever happened to a reasonable portion of a high quality dessert?

With the premium beverage package you can purchase Starbucks, and yes, there is one on the Sun.

NCL Sky Repositioning to Europe in Fall 2024 Questions
edspec replied to wurm914's topic in Norwegian Cruise Line
I was on the Sun last year and loved it, in fact looking for cruises on either Sun or Sky just because the Sun was a great fit for me. As others have said lots of quiet places to play cards, read, look at the ocean, and the Great Outdoors was wonderful. The entertainment didn't have the bells and whistles like an Oasis or newer NCL ship but it was very enjoyable. There's a full promenade deck too, always a plus. -
The Shrimp and Grits on the Seaday brunch menu is wonderful, enjoyed it last week. Also, on the regular breakfast menu the Egg White Frittata was a happy surprise. I ordered it to atone for my Chef's Table indulgence the night before...that plan backfired because the frittata was in no way a light dish! If I had to describe it I'd say lots and lots of cheese, a small amount of broccoli, all held together with a minimum of egg white. I ended up ordering and eating it three times! I don't understand the ire caused by the steak change. For me a filet is the last steak I will order, it is one of those I'm ordering it because it's low cal...kind of like eating a veg sandwich at Subway. I'd much rather have a tougher steak which has some flavor.
