You may be on a cane but you should be fine. I have had several joint replacements after the 2nd month or so it is just a matter of exercise and walking. However make sure you do all the exercises they recommend and then do a little more. Makes a ton of difference
Chefs table has never been our favorite. Way too much food and low quality. This is for the last 20 years at least. Better to go to Sabatini’s or Crown
Your drinks should be be covered if you are happy with the brands allowed. I drink bourbon manhattans and I can get Woodford Reserve, Makers Mark or Buffalo Trace on most ships. My wife dinks Grey Goose and it is also covered

It is a set menu with drink pairings and a unique visual presentation as well The space was built into those 2 ship when constructed and I do not believe you could recreate it on any current ships without msssive construction

Gratuities for spa services have never been covered by the packages. What is covered are Crew Appreciation and gratuities for drinks covered by the plan. The Spa is a franchise operation
You can’t switch out to something that no longer exists. That would be the equivalent of trying to change fries to soup when the restaurant no longer makes soup
Th err y never book every table on speciality restaurants via the app. We have never made reservations in advance and he ave always found some 8:00 tables once on board
It all depends on the port In October sailing from Vancouver there was no lines for suites just green or blue line. The line to pick up medallions was at least 5 times the length of the line for those with medallions. Also sailing from Seattle no suite or elite lines
