  1. It is only on those 2 ships because the space was built into Sabatini’s when they built the ships. They need a special place for all the audio visuals and need an available galley
  2. You do know that the menu including desserts is available on the app and TV. No need to take pictures. We usually see the dinner menu on our app when we wake up in the morning
  3. My problem with groups at meals is not my issue it is those who order 2 apps a salad a soup and a main. We now eat with just us and our friends who eat like we do. 1app Ann entree and maybe a dessert
  4. Just look on the Princess website under Specialty restaurant and Chefs table it will tell you to call the dine line when you board
  5. No one gets invited to Chefs dinners or wine makers dinners elite or not. all you have to do is call the dine line and they can tell you when they are offered and put you on a list. At least that has been me experience. 360 on just 2 ships is different and is a full suite perk
  6. Why would you reduce gratuities ? I am assuming you have never worked in a service industry where people get minimum wage based on an assumption of gratuities
  7. What would the package do for you. It will still not give you a mini bar setup or Sabatini’s breakfast or embarkation night dinner without reservations. We sail in suites and get the plus package. The package is basically drinks, gratuities and WiFi none of which come with the suite
  8. They may also have a pop up in the buffet area such as Crab Shack but that would not be an everyday option
  9. The casino and room service will know if it is a casino comp for a casino VIP but not the steward At least that is what I have gleaned from my experience
  10. Then who do you ask where station D is ?
  11. That is also the ONLY thing you can use it for.
  12. Thank goodness we always eat after 7:30 even at home
  13. There is a reason it is called on board credit. LOL
  14. Plus package which includes WiFi and gratuities must be purchased for both. Standalone beverage package may be purchased for one
  15. We just take the train to Vancouver and sail from there
  16. If you are looking for fun yes but most of these folks are looking to just get cash for the OBC. They have $100 OBC play 2 $2 spins and cash the rest. They are the ones who get there medallions frozen
  17. Any drink over the $15 limit will be charged the different plus 18% of the overage
  18. Yeah but they are looking to make a few plays for little money and then cash out. Hard to do that on table games

    Cash

I don’t believe you will get any points unless you play the money in the casino.
  20. On grand class ships the cakes are displayed by the IC I believe. You get a slice
  21. Everyone is different Back in the 90’s when drinks were $5-$6 we still ran up a bar bill of $50 per day per person. We now take plus on every cruise and save like crazy.
  22. Desserts are the large gross sundaes. More calories than taste you don’t get them in the dining riom casual dining is not Crown Grill or Sabatini’s. It varies on the ship but covers things like Vines, Gastropub, Sushi and fit down pizza restaurants
  23. I have 57 cruises and nothing really special. Just a better chance at most traveled luncheon
  24. Of course MDR lunch is only available on sea days if you have a port heavy cruise you will have to resort to other venues or eat on shore. On the Crown last month they actually put the P&E lounge details in the patter no one checked medallions at the door so it was a mass of humanity impossible to get drinks or food without a long wait.
