It is only on those 2 ships because the space was built into Sabatini’s when they built the ships. They need a special place for all the audio visuals and need an available galley
You do know that the menu including desserts is available on the app and TV. No need to take pictures. We usually see the dinner menu on our app when we wake up in the morning
My problem with groups at meals is not my issue it is those who order 2 apps a salad a soup and a main. We now eat with just us and our friends who eat like we do. 1app Ann entree and maybe a dessert
No one gets invited to Chefs dinners or wine makers dinners elite or not. all you have to do is call the dine line and they can tell you when they are offered and put you on a list. At least that has been me experience. 360 on just 2 ships is different and is a full suite perk
Why would you reduce gratuities ? I am assuming you have never worked in a service industry where people get minimum wage based on an assumption of gratuities
What would the package do for you. It will still not give you a mini bar setup or Sabatini’s breakfast or embarkation night dinner without reservations. We sail in suites and get the plus package. The package is basically drinks, gratuities and WiFi none of which come with the suite
The casino and room service will know if it is a casino comp for a casino VIP but not the steward At least that is what I have gleaned from my experience
If you are looking for fun yes but most of these folks are looking to just get cash for the OBC. They have $100 OBC play 2 $2 spins and cash the rest. They are the ones who get there medallions frozen
Everyone is different Back in the 90’s when drinks were $5-$6 we still ran up a bar bill of $50 per day per person. We now take plus on every cruise and save like crazy.
Desserts are the large gross sundaes. More calories than taste you don’t get them in the dining riom
casual dining is not Crown Grill or Sabatini’s. It varies on the ship but covers things like Vines, Gastropub, Sushi and fit down pizza restaurants
Of course MDR lunch is only available on sea days if you have a port heavy cruise you will have to resort to other venues or eat on shore. On the Crown last month they actually put the P&E lounge details in the patter no one checked medallions at the door so it was a mass of humanity impossible to get drinks or food without a long wait.
