  1. If you look at your account on Princess website it will list every cruise you have taken and the ship and year
  2. Yes you can use OBC pre cruise for excursions only or you can bill it to a credit card. Excursions are the only thing you can use OBC for pre cruise
  3. Some ships wait to release sale’s until at sea which sops the sales tax
  4. We almost never sail Royal class so we rarely have a concierge lounge. Really easy to book through the breakfast manager since you are already in a specialty restaurant
  5. My question is what kind of job do you have that gives you enough vacation time to do 7 cruises in a year ?
  6. Just check your TV in the morning all menus for that day will be displayed. We have never seen them in advance. If people post menus here be advised that they are subject to change
  7. Have to disagree. We never book specialty dinners in advance and have never not gotten a table. We book sites and check the MDR menu in the morning if we don’t like the menu we ask the manager at suite breakfast to get us table at a specialty after 7:30 pm Again never been turned down. The never book every table In advance and will cater to suite passengers
  8. You have no idea where the 18% tip goes on bar charges
  9. Yes good question 2 specialty dinners won’t go very far over 3 weeks. If you were going to upgrade I would opt for the shorter leg. You are talking over $800 for 2. Are you going to eat casual dinners every night ?
  10. So how do you tip those you don’t see. How do you tip the servers in bars, severs in buffet, room service people etc. Do you carry lots of small bills to hand out to everyone. ? Yes I believe you are cheap or don’t realize where tips go
  11. The muster drill is done on your phone or TV nothing to participate in
  12. The house band works various venues as a jazz band when they are not needed in the theatre. They are awesome check your patter
  13. Another reason why we get to any embarkation port early. You never know about turn around time, clearing the ship, coast guard inspections etc. We always show up after 1:00 and never have a wait or lines
  14. There will be lots of trivia and game type shows, music and competition games in the Piazza and evenings there will be either a production show or guest entertainer
  15. Don’t expect the RCL type of ship. No water slides, no climbing walls and no Flowrider or go carts. There will be a disco but it will not be really busy late night on many cruises
  16. You miss my point. Late night when people are a little lubricants they will dance anywhere in the venue. On the Discovery one time the piano player was enamored with Beastie Boys songs
  17. We only book Princess excursions if it involves a long drive or sail to avoid the possibility of missing the ship
  18. We sail in suites and since the restart reserve/club class dining has always been deck 6 mid ship. Grand/Gem class entrance on the left side on Royal class right side. There will be a large sign RESERVE DINING at the entrance they will check you in the first night with your medallion after that they will recognize you
  19. Yes Traditional Sitwell only be available in one dining room and only have 2 time slots. This my differ on shops with only 2 Dining rooms such as the Coral I would imagine the traditional dining room would not be the one that includes reserve/club class dining
  20. Then you don’t go there late night. People dance next to tables in front of tables under tables etc. I also have never needed a menu to order a drink. It would be pretty hard to use QR codes in food venues with tablecloths. I have always had paper menus in both bars and restaurants on board over the last 2 years
  21. We took a RT Hawaii trip from Canada Place earlier this year. Showed up at 1:30 and just walked right through no waits or lines. We always avoid the early crowd and lines and are able to board quickly. We have no reason to have to get on a ship early since we will be on her for 14-21 days
