  1. 25 years ago I walked into a club and I forgot to take it off. A staff member approached me and asked to take it off, which I did. They were shocked, 10 minutes later the manager asked me to put my hat back on. Lol. P.s I had lost my hair and colour due to chemo, it was a bit freaky.
  2. Is it a 10 gallon hat though. Of perhaps a 37.8 litre hat.
  3. Try walking down around Barangaroo and the rocks, and then down to Kings Wharf. Great walk and then some food and drink.
  4. It was a Carnival cruise, there was a class action that failed.
  5. I am sure someone won't slip up and will get it, I won't Con you.
  6. Close but no thanksgiven. The right continent, partly.
  7. Debarkation times will rarely be after 9am, so if the transfer offers 9.30am, you will be sweet.
  8. Very easy and reasonable but they do book out.
  9. Cowboys are so old fashioned their hats have imperial measurements.
  10. Melbourne may have culture but apparently that won't have home porting cruise ships.
  11. Taxi, Uber or a transfer with either the ship or with the various companies that offer it. Con-x-ion is one such company.
  12. I would say it was a precautionary hold on some cabins for reasons as you have stated.
  13. Two of the options are essentially move over offers..
  14. It is a shame it happens, but I think the letter is quite reasonable providing the various options. Of course for some people none of the options would suit. I do wonder how much in advance the letter was sent. If it was only a few days, that may rule out some options for more people who do not live close to the ships home port.
  15. He would have tied it up along side the ship. Good thing it was a Seahorse.
  16. Agreed, also the kids will grow out of it quickly, but hey, the younger kids then have gear already to grow into.
  17. Lots of clips doing the rounds, nothing new, some happy, some not. However, didn't see or hear of any leaving the cruise apart from the wedding party.
  18. Just recently, we had Kuri Bay cancelled for cruising in the Kimberley, up and around Cookatoo Island and beyond. Much better than being anchored in the bay for 8 hours, and or possibly visiting a Pearl farm.
  19. I like visiting Sydney, wouldn't live there ever again.
