I wish I could. Sorry for making my comment sound past tense. That was our plan, but it didn't go as we would've liked. Norwegian didn't inform us until we were onboard that they had flipped the itinerary around and dropped a port. They also changed the length of time that we'd be in some ports, including Santorini. We had dinner reservations for sunset, but NCL shortened our day in Santorini to 3:30 pm, so no beach or sunset dinner for us...and no more NCL too. I truly hope you have better results.

I got off the Jade on the 5th, and am only just now starting to feel better. I developed a dry, tight cough around day 3 of the cruise around the Greek islands. Tested negative for Covid. No idea what it was.

I don't see where HuliHuli attributed theft to a culture or race, just a destination. As is common in most tourist spots.

I have one to cancel as well, however since I booked it, I had to request the card I used be cancelled due to fraud. I wonder what method they'll use to refund me now. Update: the refund goes to the replacement card. That was easy.

We opted for a beach day. That way we got off the ship on an early tender and get on a bus up to the top and to the beach for just $50 for both of us. From there we can leave early on a local bus to Fira.

We're finally within 21 days till our cruise, so I completed the online check in. I've only sailed with Princess previously, and they always told us our arrival time slot. I see NCL asks you to choose your arrival time, and their wording sounds like they really hold you to it. Stating that any other time, and we won't be allowed to board. Is that true? I can see why if you show up earlier we'd be denied until our slot, but what if we show up later? This cruise is the first one we'll be flying in the day off rather than a day before, and I choose a later arrival time in case a flight is delayed, but if we don't have a flight delay, we could be waiting hours to board. Sigh....anyone have clarity on this?

Good idea. Our onboard credit comes from redeeming points from our NCL Mastercard. These should be refundable, yes?

We have a lot of onboard credit to use on a 7 day cruise. With no sea days, I'm concerned we won't be onboard enough to spend it all. On Princess, they would send us a check about a month after the cruise for our unspent balance. Does NCL do this as well, or should we cash out in the casino?

I'm concerned that my upgrade bid may have disappeared. I have the email confirming my bid, but the NCL app and their website both prompt me to submit for an upgrade even when I'm logged in. Why don't their app and website recognize that I've already submitted an upgrade bid?

I'm not sure where NCL is getting their info for Greece sailings. The Greece government site info differs. "7. What is the situation with cruise ships? I would make one change to this. Disabled folks with documentation get free entrance, but you can't get a free ticket online. You need to go to a ticket office.

If you are able to get on a tender, keep in mind that excursions through your cruise line may tender at the ferry port which has buses etc that can drive up the road to the top.

Does anyone here know how NCL handles unspent balances of on board credit? We've only cruised with Princess before, and they mail you the balance in a check about a month after the cruise.

I had a similar question. Many labs take 48 hours to provide a result, so I called NCL to verify if the antigen test needed to be Administered 48 hours prior to embarking, or do we need the Results 48 hours prior. NCL stated we needed the Results 48 hours before embarking. Though I admit I'm still confused. The wording still seems to me that it's the test that needs to be done 48 hours, not having the results.
