The eggplant parm looks yummy. We were on the Reflection when they first opened Luminae ( they were actually bring the chairs on board as we boarded). My husband ordered eggplant on night and it was “de-constructed” and very weird. He was not a fan.

Hi David, When, both doing well. Terry is recovered from his back surgeries and we’re both looking forward to boarding the Eclispe in May. When is your next cruise?

Our two cruises around Japan were both cancelled ( 4/22 and 4/23). When 4/23 was cancelled and 4/24 suggested, I told my husband that we should put Japan on hold for awhile as I just didn’t have a good feeling about it ( this was to celebrate our 50th anniversary) and we decided to book a cruise around Hawaii instead for this spring. Very glad we did. I feel so bad for those who were cancelled again. I can’t even imagine the frustration.

So looking forward to your review. Can’t wait to board and join in Hawaii.

Cruises to Japan for last year and this spring were all cancelled so no recent reviews.

Ken, Is the ship overnight in Sydney? If so and there is an evening performance at Symphony Hall at the Opera House ( which is actually larger than the opera venue) try and see if you can get tickets. The acoustics were unbelievable and a once in a lifetime experience.

Can’t wait to follow along. Vern envious. We were supposed to go on the British Isles cruise two years ago, with several days prior in Amsterdam (one of our favorite cities) but of course was cancelled due to Covid. Have a wonderful time on all these cruises and thanks for bringing us all along.

Looking forward to another review. We’re on the Honolulu to Vancouver leg and hopefully will meet up. Enjoy Sydney. We loved it!

Very much enjoyed your review. My husband also enjoys the jerk chicken and we always have breakfast in the main dining room the last day. A wonderful way to end a cruise. Safe journey home.

Especially in Caribbean, going to beaches and showering before dinner, we welcome fresh towels for the next morning. Towels just do not dry in the bathroom on the ship. We also appreciate the bed turndown service.

Wow! We were booked ( as were so many others) on the April Best of Japan for 2022 and 2023, both were cancelled. We decided not to book for April 2024 ( cruising Hawaii instead) as we decided we were done with trying to cruise Japan for awhile. That would be awful if Celebrity cancels again for a charter knowing so many booked this trip for a third time. Fingers crossed everyone gets to go next April

So looking forward to another review. I’m sure you will both have a wonderful time. By the way do you have a review of your Alaska cruise and a link?

Ken, Did you book your opera tour that included breakfast? Somewhat pricy but much more backstage etc. Really special.

We loved Will Martin when we saw him and hoping he will be on our Hawaiian cruise in May.

Following along as we will be on the ship in May. We cruised Australia/New Zealand a few years ago on the Solstice. Loved Australia, friendliest people! Have a wonderful cruise.
