Looking forward to your review. We’re doing similar itinerary on the Reflection on Oct. Spent five days in Sydney a few years ago before cruise. We LOVED Sydney and especially the people. Everyone was just so nice and friendly!

You can purchase a two or three day pass ( can’t quite remember) for the buses and ferries. There was a kiosk right by the pier. Agree with Jim. Take the ferry to St. George. They used to have a short walking tour. Then the bus to other places of interest on the way back. I’d also recommend Horseshoe Bay and the lift house the second day. In the evening (/or third day) you can take the ferry to Hamilton. Enjoy. Love Bermuda!

Maiminice, So nice to see a posting from you again. We’re another couple whose Japan cruise was cancelled again. I had gotten so much information for you previous reviews. Booked Hawaii this coming spring, putting Japan on hold for awhile. I agree with your comments. We all know the risks and protocols when we go on a cruise. If one can’t live with the protocols then perhaps they should not be cruising right now. We were very fortunate that our Apex cruise this past Feb had no Covid cases. But we went back and forth about going or delaying. Are you doing a review of this cruise? thanks, Vicky

We were on the Apex early Feb and loved the speciality entree associated with the four small main dining rooms. Wish they would available fleet wide. Especially loved the halibut in the French themed venue.

We were not fans when on a Caribbean cruise this past Feb on the Apex (but loved the ship). We missed a regular balcony for that cruise. But thought it would be perfect for cool weather as it does make the cabin bigger.

Would love to know what the excursion you were on.

Can someone explain intermittent fasting? 10 tp 6? How many days per week? Thanks.

Some of the larger TA agencies have good pricing refundable pricing for group bookings.

We sailed on the Freedom of the Seas a few years ago. We did enjoy ourselves and thought the shows and cruise director were wonderful. but the ship definitely felt crowed, especially in the Windjammer. We often had difficulty finding a table and we’re disappointed that there was no outside area to eat in. We also felt the food there was subpar compared to Celebrity’s lunch buffet. We love to cruise as feel it’s one of the most stress free vacations but found having to book shows ( and always receiving emails that the time or date of one of the shows had changed and therefore had to rebook everything) very stressful. We also didn’t like having to sign out towels at the pool. We have found over the years that Celebrity is a great fit for us.
