To Plus or not to Plus.., our experience
LACruiser88 replied to remydiva's topic in Princess Cruises
Same for us, the Plus Package saves us a ton of $$$! -
I see a big move to subcontract all of the ships functions. They have already subcontracted the art program, the shops, and the Spa/Salon. And now the Future Cruise Program. What is next? Maybe subcontract the housekeeping to the Holiday Inn? The restaurants to Denny's? Maybe they can find a company to navigate the ships too! IMHO not a good direction to take!

For us, it is soooooo worth the extra cost!
-
As a general rule when we have a connecting international flight, we like to allow at least 3 hrs between flights.
-
We also only book mini-suites. You will never get me back into one of the standard shower enclosures! 😀

IMHO it is time to put this thread to bed, it has been beaten to a pulp! 🥺

Our longtime TA has never been able to do that. 🤔 -
Cruise and air … separate reservations?
LACruiser88 replied to behappy11's topic in Princess Cruises
Not if you are only doing a refare. If you have to cancel existing booking, then yes you lose your your EZair booking. -
Not in our experience, it has stayed the same...

Sky Princess TA - BA extended balcony cabin vs mini suite?
LACruiser88 replied to trinitygirl's topic in Princess Cruises
We have been on 11 TA's, all going west. We have had great weather and usually spend the 5 or 6 sea days in the Sanctuary. This past year, we did the crossing the 1st week of December on the Regal and the weather was great. We were in the Sanctuary for the entire crossing. Btw, we always book a mini-suite, the bathroom alone is worth the extra cost. -

Shipping Charge Issue for Medallion & Lanyard
LACruiser88 replied to Robkat's topic in Princess Cruises
For now, the Blue or Green lanes have not made a difference for us. We go thru the Elite line and it has taken an extra 2 minutes for the check-in agent to retrieve our Medallions. This has been the case in US and foreign ports.
