  1. 7042. Newly redesigned.Ocean View Room. Don't have a bathroom photo. Double guest room. Keith
  2. Patty posted this on the photo thread but just to give it more visibility. When you go to the deck plans and hover over a room it will show you if it is a Classic room/suite and, if not, when it was redesigned. This should help you out with your room selection. Many thanks to Patty. Keith
  3. One comment about the new Aquamarines on Serenity. As best I can tell and I could be wrong but I only see two new ones and they are on Deck 9. The ones on Deck 11 are the classic ones. Deck 10 has classic and sea breeze Aquamarines. Keith
  4. As to Sapphire. These are the former Sea Breeze Sapphire suites. A lot of similarities to the new version except some of the furniture different and countertops different and I am sure a few other items. Art work in first photo the same as the new ones. Keith
  5. If you are at sea when you dine and it is daylight out you will have nice views and if it's dark you should at least see the lights. Just ask for a table by the window. Each one has windows. Keith
  6. On this thread there are photos of the new Sapphire suite. Keith
  7. Muriel is correct. There hasn't been an open house yet which is why I have not seen photos from some of the room categories. Keith
  8. I received an update an looks like open bookings are $500.00 per person. I'll confirm all of this next week. Keith
  9. Bags have been packed and we are ready to go. Roy...I am very happy that you have booked a Crystal Cruise. Keith
  10. Julia, there have been no changes to the Classic Aquamarine and Sapphire suites (only to the bed linen) so here are some classic photos I previously took of the Aquamarine Here are photos I took in 2021 when they had the open house to visit rooms.
  11. What room on Serenity are you interested in seeing? I will try to take photos of that category when I am on board but simpler for me if you give me room number. Keith
  12. And a video of The Bistro. Keith 362386625_6930017080349828_1273868434382142905_n.mp4
  13. Every room will get an iPad for your use during the cruise so that is an easy way to look at Reflections and Newspapers. Keith
  14. Thank you so much for your kind words and also for your posts throughout the years. Keith
  15. I wanted to pass on some information. For those who book on board there will be a 2.5% on board booking discount. This applies to only bookings made on board so if you book something from home you can't have the on-board discount added. Most cruise lines take this approach. You can still do an open booking while on board with the difference being it is a $400.00 per person deposit, it is good for three months and it is automoatically cancelled at three months if not used and automatically refunded. Look for information on the 2025 World Cruise by the end of August and first priority will be to those booked on the 2024 World Cruise including if they want to keep the room they have. Look for the rest of 2025 itineraries around the middle of September. Newspapers are available free on the iPad they provide or for a fee you can get a printed copy. Although I am not sailing right now I can feel the strong sense of positivity and happiness from those presently on-board. It is so exciting that Crystal is back. Keith
  16. Phyllis it took my awhile to find your post as I now have the information. This is what I know. Starting with the July 31 cruise you can make an on board booking on the ship and receive a 2.5% discount. You cannot add an On Board Booking to cruises already booked from home. On the ship one can make an open booking with a $400.00 per person deposit good for three months at which time it is automatically cancelled and refunded. Keith
  17. Jeany yes and they were actually there in summer of 2021. Keith
  18. CruisePfan is right. Over five but remember one is better than none so any cruises you have booked provides some credit. Keith
  19. Ivi, here's how it works. Until payouts are made all Crystal does is verify that the amount you submit matches the amount on your claim as verified by Moecker. So let's say it is right now $10,000. You get a voucher for $10,000 broken up at $2,000 each for the sub-vouchers. However, at the time money comes back from Moecker then for any new sub credits you asked to be applied they will get with Moecker to see if you got money and, if so, how much and will reduce the unused ones by that amount.
