  1. Not finding Twinkies on the ship right now. 😉
  2. No reason vapers cannot adhere to the rules that pertain to other smokers. There are smoking areas designated for both the smokers and vapers. No excuses for the cry babies. 😩👶
  3. Heard about that, so I bought little rubber stoppers (size of a small button) for the door for our Wonder 4 week tour last October. Never needed them. Must only be in some cabins.
  4. Yes...he is....err...well only where you are. 😄
  5. White night last week, and this week (last night) on Voyager. Though not too many participating. You would not even know it was a suggested dress theme night.
  6. Really simple to just go back in to your set sail pass and edit the info. I did it once when I had to check in while out of state, and forgot to bring my passports. Easy Peasy.
  7. Quite common. Hot box threads: Smoking (now including Vaping) Chair Hogs (oink) 🐷 Dress Code (not much of an issue any longer...anything goes now) Food/New menu (new to the group) Elevator manners (lack of) Feral Children (Yes your precious snowflakes running wild all night)
  8. And the really big jets don't come in until later in the afternoon. Really cutting it close then. Though the new bridge has helped with some of the congestion, it's the in town traffic that gets really snarled.
  9. I am not sure how they are keeping "the ladies" tucked in! 😲
  10. Oh no Dave....you are still living in the 80s again. Goldie Hawn...Laugh in? 😄
  11. Good for you! The smoker we encountered the other day was two decks down and several cabins forward. No way to tell which cabin he was in...but I would have called if I could have figured it out.
  12. I am seeing lots of shorts in the dining room and some other costumes best suited for the red light district. 😮 Also a lot of dripping wet swimsuits in the lounges and the WJ. Sat on a chair that I did not notice was wet. Yuck.
  13. As long as you can figure out their cabin number.
  14. Been basically smoke free near our balcony on Voyager the last couple of weeks...luckily. Though two days ago, I smelled it...saw the culprit and then saw him toss the lit ciggy butt off his balcony (which could have easily blown back into another balcony in the wind we had). And of course adding litter and fire danger to his actions. Sure...pollute our seas as well. Crap head. Two of us yelled at him...and of course he ignored us...as he did the rules. Selfish.
  15. Currently on leg #2 of B2B2B Voyager. There is indeed a "formal night", plus a "white night" (which is tonight) and tomorrow will be a "dress your best". Hardly anyone is into the suggestions. I did see a long cocktail dress once last week, and a couple of suit coats...but no gowns, no tuxes. Most everyone ignored "white night"...and dress your best was pretty much anything goes.
  16. Sorry, no idea. We don't usually cruise out of T5 or T6. It's almost always T1
  17. Not worth it to me at 36.00....but I do use it as a free bag C&A perk. You do NOT want to put anything delicate in that bag. And whites will come back gray. We use it for socks, cotton undies, exercise clothes. Just sent one out again a few minutes ago. We refer to the bag as "boil and fry".
  18. The large ships can't tender. Pier designed for two ships only. Disney has their own private island. I know there was a silly thread talking about the Wish being there...but no one knew for sure if it was or why, and was a guess they were there to anchor off shore in bad weather.
  19. When I posted that, there was no mini buffet on the dance floor, and totally open overflow for anyone wanting to come in there...C&A members or not. Connecting door to DL wide open. On our second week, they posted the "Pinnacle" sign and set up the buffet in the VCL. They closed the door leading into the DL. HD decided enough was enough, and did not want the DL overflow...as many ships were doing years ago. Quite the difference. Am on again for B2B starting on the 25th. Will be interesting to see what they are doing then...or perhaps if we are under the threshold of 30 Pinnies...will be back in the CL again (which was a ghost town on the 2 weeks we were on board).
  20. The Bar Harbor Inn, (which we have also stayed at for anniversary) is our go to place for lunch. Outside dining on the patio, (look for large yellow umbrellas) is wonderful. Great view, good food. From the restaurant there is an interesting walking trail along the seashore, which leads back into town.
  21. Mmmm...."lobsta". 😉 Though our cruise to Ba Haba is on the little water taxi from where we will once again be staying this summer in Winter Harbor. The Lobster are nervous...Bucky has pot, not afraid to use it. No Dave...not "that" kind of pot. 😄
  22. Sigh...same thing happened with us. Even bad at terminal six next door. Boarded Jewel last month at T6, which then came back to T5. We are back again for a B2B at T5 on the 25th. And...."sea" you on board. 😉
