Indeed I was...thanks! 😉 Since we are back on the blocks again...just to set things straight my first "Wonder" crystal block was clear, the second is color. Is that "Clear" enough for the usual naysayer? 😄 😄 These are just half of my collection, all the duplicates were given to crew members who were very happy to get them. This is what Teeara's collection will look like soon! 🙂

Explorer Lunch in the Main Dining Room
island lady replied to Carol28's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Sea days only, indeed. And no embarkation lunch. Though at times the B2B cruisers will have a special spot for lunch in there...but it's just for them on TAD. -
The Time in Tampa : Sunshine Skyway Bridge
island lady replied to RCCL Fan's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Indeed. It all depends on when the ship actually leaves the dock. And figure in weather, ship traffic, etc. 2-2.5 hours later. Best to listen to the captain announce when the pass under will be. Captain is surprisingly right each time we have gone under the beautiful bridge. 🙂 -
New C&A phone system ... Not liking it

That is what I do as well. And half the time they send us the wrong wine, which I bring to the LA and ask them to switch it out. If out of stock...it's my preference to choose another...not the beverage department. -
The Time in Tampa : Sunshine Skyway Bridge

Exactly what we do. 😉 On our last bridge pass, it was at 5:30 pm. I also try to book starboard side cabin to watch the sunset from our balcony. That and passing under the awesome bridge, always a delight for first night! -
We are actually in the other camp. We always refuse the bread, and rarely have dessert. Always more than enough for me. But could be due to the early dinner time we have been choosing, and usually have a decent filling lunch. Though skinny Bucky loves to hit the buffet in WJ for chocolate desserts/cookies later. 😄 Loving your pictures and review my friend.

Are filet steaks similar in all restaurants?
island lady replied to surgie's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Mmm...indeed. Either we have been very..very lucky, but that steak for us is always better (IMHO) than Chops and Giovanni's. Then again, with the kitchen being right there...they would hear it if it were bad. 😮 😄 -
Hope you enjoy good weather on the way to the canal Teeara and Pam! 🙂 And congrats on your first block! They are so different now with the color background (yet another supplier)...but I like them. Bucky doesn't like them as well as the plain crystal blocks. We have had many duplicates, which we give to crew members who adore them! My shelves are a tad full right now. 😉 And some of those pesky "pointy ones" have taken up room as well. 😄

Indeed...such is life now with bookings. 😮

As long as it is during the approx. (each ship is different) 5-8 "happy hour" time...you can order anything you like at the bar, in the lounge, or at your table. Enjoy! 🙂

We do the same. Nice thing to do on a sea day...then simply a lighter dinner later. 🙂 -
IMHO....well worth it. 🥰 There is one problem though...once you go GS...it's tough to go back. 😉 😄

I think "first night" CK is still the best. 😋 -

Ditto to that...and cheaper. 😉 -
Yes, as a guest in a GS....you will have those perks on your ship in the SL. Though the quality and choice of the selected wine and beer for the 11-11 time frame has gone downhill big time...IMHO. Full drinks from 5-8. Just be sure to let the bartender know you want the drinks charged to your suite perks.

As long as our limit did not go over 12....I did not try to fight it. Though I agree it would be a good idea to mention it to the staff if I were worried about going over the 12.

Chops: A perk for GS and above, plus Pinnacles for breakfast. Yes, breakfast menu is just a bit different. Though the OP will not have a Coastal Kitchen on her ship. No, the ship will list the times for Crown Lounge happy hour (usually a 2 - 2.5 hour starting around 5 pm), but you still have to use your vouchers. No freebies for wine and soda at all, at anytime...... in Crown Lounge. Only ships with a Coastal kitchen, and those in suites get wine, beer and soda in the SL on those ships as complimentary from 11-11.

Have been on Wonder 8 times now. I can't remember when those wings were open...if at all. We always liked going out there on Oasis and Harmony.
